Sinisa, il proprietario, è stato veramente gentilissimo,disponibile. Appena arrivati ci ha offerto da bere e mangiare e ci ha consegnato una piantina della città segnando tutte le cose più importanti da vedere e le spiagge in cui andare. L'appartamento era pulito e accogliente, posizione ottima, leggermente decentrato ma in 5 minuti di macchina si raggiunge il centro di Pola e le spiagge vicine. Lo consiglio a tutti.
Very comfortable accommodation with a beautiful garden and pool

We booked the vacation at Brioni Colors as a family with a small child. The accommodation exceeded our expectations. There was a beautiful garden with a trampoline, a slide and swings, all of which our daughter much enjoyed. The pool was very neat with a shallow children's part, where she could play without us having to hold her. The water in the pool was salty and quite warm. As a result, we spent more time there than at the beach, which was often windy and the sea full of (mostly harmless) jellyfish and too cold to let a child to sit in.
Our room consisted of a bedroom (a comfortable king-sized bed and a child's bed), a living area (with a fully equipped kitchen), bathroom and a balcony. All parts were pretty and perfectly clean. There was a quality air-conditioning cleverly installed in the little hallway between the bedroom and living area. When working, it was very quiet and it did not blow freezing air, so we could use it even during hot nights. The little hallway was also great because of the two doors between the living area and the bedroom - we did not need to worry about disturbing our sleeping daughter in the evenings. Hairdryer, mosquito repellent and washing machine detergent were provided. The towels were provided aplenty and changed in the middle of our stay. In the evenings, we enjoyed the possibility to make dinner at the grill outside. All these details made our stay there very comfortable. July 2020.
If I could suggest a minor improvement, it would be the balcony. There is a large gap between the floor and the railing and we were much afraid that our daughter might want to "climb" down and fall (e.g. when her ball fell through the gap).
Very nicely designed comfortable place in a short drive or about 5-10 min bike ride to the beaches. Moritz was very nice, easy to reach, and accommodative.
A beautifully clean apartment with a lovely balcony and great access to the beach !

The host is incredibly available and flexible for check-in and check-out. The location is superb-- very close to great drinks, restaurants, not far from town, and right by the ocean, with a lovely balcony and free parking. Just 20 minutes to town. L'appartamento non è nuovissimo ma estremamente pulito e comodo; c'è anche un terrazzino che è utile per far asciugare i panni dopo una giornata al mare. I proprietari sono molto gentili e premurosi verso gli ospiti, ed è sicuramente stato un piacere alloggiare presso di loro. Inoltre abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la lavatrice, che ci è stato risolto in pochissimi minuti. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, si trova a pochi minuti di auto dal centro di Pola, per cui per noi è stato comodo muoverci con l'auto, evitando la confusione del centro storico. In zona nessun problema di parcheggio. A due minuti d'auto c'è anche un centro commerciale, con moltissimi negozi e supermercati. August 2021
El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado. Es antiguo, pero esta muy limpio y no hay ninguna queja. La mujer que te recibe vive delante, por lo tanto, siempre va bien por si tienes algún problema. Aparte, ha sido muy amable, simpática y nos ha recibido con los brazos abiertos y ofreciendo muchas cosas sin pedir nada. Esta a 15 minutos del centro en coche, no era un inconveniente para nosotros.
Der Aufenthalt war einfach traumhaft. Die Gastgeberin ist eine total freundliche und herzliche Persönlichkeit. Es gab einen kalt gestellten Willkommens Wein aus eigener Herstellung und an einem Abend sogar Pfannkuchen zum Abendbrot. Wir haben uns richtig gefreut und wohl gefühlt. Výborná lokalita. 5 minut pěšky na pláž, 5 minut pěšky do obchodu, 5 minut pěšky na autobusovou zastávku k dojíždění do centra. S ubytovatelem perfektní komunikace přes telefon. Byli jsme v Pule již po třetí, ale tentokrát to bylo nejlepší.July, 2021.
