A Wonderful Stay at Villa Bogondon, from 18th of April 2026 - 11th of July 2026
We spent several months with our whole family (2 adults, 2 kids and our dog) at Villa Bogondon in Labin, and we felt at home right from the start.
The agency organized everything smoothly, and communication with the owners was warm and easy from day one. You can immediately tell how much love for detail goes into this place, there were little thoughtful touches everywhere that we really appreciated. The landlord was always attentive and helpful, and the villa was truly spotless.
The amenities are excellent. The property is spacious and fully fenced, which was perfect for us and our dog. There's plenty of room to run around and several terraces, so you can always find a sunny (or shady) spot depending on the time of day. The garden is beautifully maintained, and the pool is cleaned regularly. Parking our van was also never an issue. From there, it's easy to explore the surrounding area, and shops are quickly reachable too.

Our family of 4 (parents plus 2 adult children) have just returned from 7 days spent at Sella Marron - the villa is simply perfect with everything you could need for a relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings. The villa itself is extremely well appointed with all you could need - having the hot tub and sauna was an added bonus on top of the amazing pool and outside areas. The location is great being near to Sveti Lovrec with shops and restaurants but also a very short drive to Porec and Rohvinj. Shout out also to Fabian who was always available to offer help and assistance - e.g. we ran out of gas one evening while about to have a BBQ - I messaged him for help and he arrived within 5 mins with a full bottle of gas - he even installed it for us!
10/10 - by far the best villa we have ever stayed in.

Il residence piccolo ma ben tenuto, la piscina ideale per chi ha bambini.
L'unica pecca, che non c'è un alimentare fino a 1 chilometro, ma con una passeggiata tranquilla anche quello si risolve.

Es war wieder sehr schön. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und hat jeden Wunsch sofort erfüllt. Ich bin nicht zum ersten Mal hier, weil die Unterkunft einfach toll ist. Ich kann die Apartments nur weiterempfehlen – das habe ich auch bereits getan.
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt . Sie war sehr sauber ,grosszügig eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet.
Da es zu unserer Zeit sehr warm war waren wir dankbar über die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer .
Die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert und wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen .
Wir waren bereits mehrmals in diesem Haus und es ist immer wieder ein schöner Urlaub. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wenn irgendwas ist,sind sie immer erreichbar und helfen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Pool und der Garten sind super. Wir sind immer tagsüber dort geblieben und haben abends Kroatien erkundet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar um morgens Brötchen zu holen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
Wir können uns den bereits abgegebenen Bewertungen uneingeschränkt anschließen, hervorheben möchten wir noch den freundlichen Empfang vor Ort – wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt.
Das Ferienhaus entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Uns war daher bereits vor der Buchung bewusst, dass es etwas im Hinterland liegt und für Ausflüge oder Einkäufe ein Auto erforderlich ist. Für uns war das kein Problem und wir konnten die ruhige Lage sehr genießen.
Wir waren zu viert vor Ort, und das kleine Bad hat für uns ausgereicht. Wer jedoch einen Aufenthalt mit mehr Personen plant, sollte sich dessen bewusst sein. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden das Ferienhaus jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
Der Aufenthalt in diesem Quartier war sehr angenehm. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles was man für einen privaten Urlaubsaufenthalt benötigt. Der Garten lädt zum entspannen und genießen ein. Alles in einem. Top!
