Savršeno mjesto za boravak u Istri,mirno je, nema gužve i strke kao u obalnim lokacijama. Sve je u blizini kraće vožnje automobilom, trgovački centri, restorani, zabavni parkovi, obala i plaže, gradovi i mjesta za razgledavanje. Villa Lara je predivna, prostrana, uredna i čista. Dvorište je veliko i jako dobro ograđeno pa smo mogli bez stresa pustiti djecu da trče okolo. Veliki bazen sa stubištem, velike i čvrste ležaljke, ogromni suncobrani. Svakako preporuka svima koji se žele maknuti od svega i u miru odmoriti od svakodnevnice, a opet provesti to vrijeme u udobnosti i luksuzu.
Ja i moja djevojka smo uživali u našem boravku u ovom apartmanu. Na super je lokaciji i mjesto je zaista predivno, sa odličnim restoranima u blizini. Apartman je bio čist, imao sve što nam treba i ispunio sva naša očekivanja. Zaposlenici Euro Tours agencije preko koje smo dobili upute za check-in i komunicirali su isto bili veoma ljubazni i profesionalni.
I stayed in this eclectic studio in Motovun for a short business trip in June, and it was a refreshing change from the usual. Thoughtfully decorated with artistic flair and offering peaceful views of the Istrian hills, it provided both comfort and inspiration. The central location made it easy to balance work with moments of quiet exploration.
It was a perfect accommodation in the nature, in a nice village! Lot of rooms, cleanliness, huge clean pool. The beach and the city is only 15 minutes with car. August 2020.
Wir wurden freundlich von Antonella empfangen und verbrachten einen wunderschönen Urlaub, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten das das Haus zu bieten hat. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hat alles geboten was versprochen wurde. Es liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und doch nah an den Städten wie Porec oder Novigrad, auch Motovun und die anderen kleine interessanten Dörfer im Hinterland sind gut erreichbar. Fußläufig gibt es einen Konsum, der alles hat was man so braucht. Auch gibt es 2 ausgezeichnete Restaurants, die fußläufig erreichbar sind.
Wir waren alle begeistert und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.
We had such a beautiful time at Casa Amica. The house is cozy, full of charm, and perfect for a quiet couples’ getaway. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, sipping wine on the terrace, and just relaxing together.
Everything was super clean and tastefully decorated – you can feel that a lot of love went into creating this place. It was the perfect mix of comfort and Istrian charm.
We left feeling rested and happy, already talking about coming back someday.
Everything you could possibly need is literally right under your nose.

Přesně podle uveřejněných fotografii. K moři z branky maximálně deset metrů. Mnoho hezkých pláží v blízkém dosahu. Ubytování je velmi příjemné a paní Anica je naprosto úžasná. Děkujeme!

Eine ganz tolle Unterkunft mit allem (sogar mehr) als man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Im Garten gab es mehrere tolle Sitzgelegenheiten, einen Steingrill und einen sehr gepflegten Pool.
Nach Porec sind es 7km mit Auto oder dem Rad. Mit dem Rad kann man über Stock und Stein und für
jeden fahrbar in Ort gelangen.
