We had a wonderful time in Motovun thanks to this accommodation. The studio is very cosy and brings you closer the atmosphere of the whole magic city. The kitchen is a little bit smaller, but it has everything you need to prepare essential meals. Everything was very clean and perfectly prepared. The host Miro and his wife were very friendly and hospitable. We hope to visit this place again in the future and meet them again :)
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem schönen, voll ausgestattetem Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend. Uns fehlte es an garnichts. Svetvincenat war nur 2 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, wo man das Grimani Schloss besichtigen konnte oder in 2 kleinen Supermärkten alltägliches einkaufen konnte. Hier muss aber gesagt werden, wer günstiger einkaufen möchte, muss etwas weiter fahren. Die Entfernung nach Pula, Medulin oder Rovinj war etwa 25 Minuten, wenn man Sightseeing oder zum Strand möchte. Das Haus selbst ist unserer Meinung nach optimal gelegen, wenn man verschiedene größere Städte in verschiedenen Ecken besuchen möchte. Auch Igor und seine Familie sind super freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen, was uns den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wann immer wir etwas gebraucht haben oder wissen wollten, Igor war stets telefonisch erreichbar für uns und hat uns mit zusätzlichen Informationen versorgt. Wenn alles klappt, kommen wir nächstes Jahr gerne wieder! Danke für den schönen Urlaub.
A well-located house in a rural area. It offers great privacy, as the neighboring houses are several dozen meters away, and from the pool side you only have a view of trees. We were the first guests ever, and the house was very well equipped to make us feel comfortable. Our favorite feature was the pool, which is lit up at night and heated. The yard is currently under construction, but when it is finished, it will be an even better place to relax. Nearby is Konoba Klarici, where you will find homemade, healthy, and very tasty dishes. It is 15 minutes to the nearest beach in Fazana or Barbariga, as well as to the city of Pula. We would like to thank the owners for the welcome package of delicious prsut, cheese, fruit, and drinks. We had a very nice time in this house.
We (family with 3 children) had a great time in villa Gardenia, everything was as we expected. The house was modern, spacious and equipt with everything you need. The garden, pool and outdoor kitchen/bbq are large and fantastic to have a relaxed holiday. Great views and hardly any people around so you can really enjoy peace and quiet (if you like that). Shops, beach, touristic places are all nearby. The owner welcomed us with some local food and wine and also came to say goodbye when we left early in the morning. A personal touch that is much appreciated!
Der Aufenthalt war wie immer sehr angenehm. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Das gesamte Kücheninventar war vollständig und hochwertig. Vielen Dank, dass diesmal auch wieder Weingläser da waren. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Житло повністю відповідало опису, а в реальності навіть перевершило очікування. Дуже чисто, просторо, зі смаком облаштовано — видно, що господарі дійсно дбають про комфорт гостей.Було все необхідне для відпочинку: побутова техніка, кондиціонери, зручні ліжка, багато світла.
Локація також не погана , до пляжу з неймовірною водою -15 хвилин на машині .
Це ідеальне місце для відпочинку.
Ми щиро рекомендуємо цей будинок і самі з радістю повернулися б ще раз!
The stay in the apartment met all the criteria, excellent location, cleanliness, the only minus was the missing washing machine. We would love to come back

Apartman je smesten u potpuno renoviranom potkrovlju i ima divnu terasu sa pogledom na more u daljini. Visoki pragovi za ulazak u spavace sobe, kao i poprilican broj stepenica nisu preporucljivi za osobe koje teze hodaju.
Klima u hodniku nije u mogucnosti da rashladi ceo prostor, a prozori u sobama su suvise mali da bi vazduh cirkulisao.
Preporuka je da se na terasu postavi tenda koja bi ublazila jako sunce i da se ugradi barem jos po jedna klima u svaku sobu, jer je u periodima kada je temperatura preko 30 stepeni skoro nemoguce normalno funkcionisati. (Jedini rashladjeni prostor je hodnik).
Apartman je izuzetno cist i ima lep raspored, ali mu fali vise svetla, naprimer ( sminkanje za toaletnim stocicem bez dodatne lampe nije moguce).
Vlasnica apartmana je divna i ljubazna zena, uvek na usluzi, koja nam je ucinila boravak u apartmanu maksimalno udobnim u skladu sa okolnostima.
Sugestije za poboljsanje uslova sam napisala iz najbolje namere.
Apartman se po mom misljenju preporucuje mladjim osobama sa manje prtljaga, koje mogu da se prilagode i malo ekstremnijoj temperaturi u prostoru tokom dana.
Kuhinja je odlicno opremljena, savetujem nabavku plasticne susilice za sudove i eventualno minimalne zalihe secera, soli i ulja, pogotovu kad su u pitanju gosti koji dolaze avionom i nisu u mogucnosti da sa sobom nose ove namirnice, a dolaze na kraci vremenski period.
