Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden und möchten insbesondere die unglaublich freundlichen Vermieter und die gute Lage betonen. Eine Stunde vor der Ankunft haben wir angerufen und konnten dann wie besprochen gleich einchecken. Der Vermieter spricht sehr gut deutsch. Seine Frau und er sind immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer hat alles was man braucht. Eine Grundausstattung ist vorhanden, für den Rest muss man selbst sorgen, was ja auch so üblich ist. Das Zimmer ist modern, hat ein neues Bad und ein bequemes Bett. Die Terrasse mit Olivenbäumen war ein absoluter Traum. Insgesamt war die Lage sehr ruhig und erholsam. Parkmöglichkeiten waren ausreichend gegeben. Supermärkte in der Nähe. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen und können unsere Empfehlung aussprechen. Vrbo, August 2021
The area is quiet and peaceful. The owner was very cute, they even brought us figs. In addition, we received a gift from the landlord on departure. I can really recommend it to travelers with family and friends alike.

The apartment is located in a residential area (but not close to the sea). It has a nice terrace. There is sufficient parking space. It was clean. The bed is OK. August 2019

The apartment has everything you need, the bed and sleeping sofa in the hall are comfortable. Beaches, shops, bakeries and the centre are within walking distance. We were in the last week of August and the lunapark was still working. Literally across the street, there is a bazaar where you can buy farm products: fruits, vegetables, cheese, wine, olives and olive oil. There is a good water park a couple of km from Porec. We were very pleased, we will definitely come again.
Well maintained apartment with a lovely garden and terrace. Well equipped kitchen and good hosts. The sea is 2 minutes on foot, near the park. A few steps away there are several shops - a wine, meat, fish, bakery and another supermarket. To the city center 10 minutes on foot.
It had everything we needed. We arrived very late and the landlords left the keys for us so we could check-in the next morning. The landlords live in the building and are very nice. It is comfortable and close to the old town, in a quiet living area with a cute garden.
