This modern family villa offers four spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning, and TV, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, and a game room with billiards, darts, and PlayStation. The outdoor area features a 40 m2 heated pool, a children’s playground, a barbecue area, and sports facilities, perfect for quality time together. A separate pool house includes a summer kitchen, a gym, and a wellness area with a sauna and jacuzzi. The villa is specially designed for families with children and guarantees a relaxing stay, while groups of young guests and parties are not permitted.***Maximum capacity is 10 adults, with additional beds available for children.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The villa is located in the peaceful Istrian village of Delići, between Poreč and Rovinj, surrounded by vineyards, forests, and nature. The location offers complete privacy while providing quick access to beaches and tourist attractions. Nearby are the historic centers of Poreč and Rovinj, as well as numerous traditional restaurants and wineries. Guests can also enjoy cycling and walking trails, visit the Lim Fjord, or explore nearby water parks.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY / STRICT). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
