Great apartment in the basement (cool! We do not even use air conditioning ...)! Very clean, well appointed and terrace not overlooked very nice! Home by Tony great (in French, but also English, Italian, he is really super nice !!) the apartment is in a quiet area and 350m only from a great and great beach! We spent 4 nights in Poreč and from this apartment we could do everything we wanted without spending too much time in the car (10km from the caves, 10km from the dinopark, 3km from the city center of Poreč ... and the beach walk by a small path). You can go there with your eyes closed! August 2019

I pleasant place to stay. Great neighborhood, close to all the big shops and also a walking distance to the beach. Apartment was more than big enough for 2 with a bedroom living room, kitchen, bathroom and small balcony. Rosana was very friendly and helpful from the start. September 2018
Die Wohnung war schön modern, mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Sie liegt nah am Supermarkt und auch der Strand ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Check - In und Out hat wünschenswert funktioniert, die Wohnung wurde sauber und ordentlich übergeben. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis stimmt und die Office - Mitarbeiter sprechen zur Freude deutscher Touristen meist gut Deutsch. Einziges Manko war die meist langsame WLAN-Geschwindigkeit.
Wir waren als Familie in der Ferienwohnung Nensi. Wir wurden sehr sehr nett begrüßt, haben immer wieder kleine Aufmerksamkeiten der Vermieterin erhalten.
Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet, wir hatten alles was wir gebraucht haben. Das Zentrum ist etwa 5 min. mit dem Auto entfernt, Supermarkt auch nur in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Vielen Dank nochmals an die nette Familie, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!
Everything was perfect. I very appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the light near the sink. And also the figs from the tree. Cooking was like cooking at home. Everything was clean, new, nice garden. And 10min walk to the beach.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung. An Einrichtung fehlt nichts und alles war blitzblank sauber.
Man geht zu Fuß ca 10-15 min zum Strand. Auch Bäckerei, Supermarkt und Restaurants gibt es in Fussnähe. Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen.
