Absolutely great home in a fantastic location. The house was absolutely spotless clean. Very quiet but walking distance from a fantastic restaurant and a lovely town. We had a great holiday swimming in the pool, having a BBQ. Lots of things to do near by. Great hosts and would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks so much for an amazing holiday. The apartment was clean. We were happy with the kitchen and bathroom facilities which were as expected. We collected the keys on arrival at the Eurotours office. Unfortunately, our satnav did not quite get us to the apartment. We had to enlist the assistance of a local to find the apartment block. I'm sure with better instructions from Eurotours before setting off, this would not be a problem. It was a 45 minute walk to get to the harbour in Porec Old town, which we did to take a day trip to Venice. There were several good restaurants, and a mini market about a 20 walk away in the direction of the old town. There was also a free car park near those restaurants if you prefer to drive. Also a bakery and fruit shop about a 10 minute walk in the other direction. There are plenty of beautiful beaches to visit a short drive away. It was a great location to do day trips to Trieste in Italy, Piran, in Slovenia, Pazin to do the amazing zip wire accross the canyon, the beautiful National Park of Kamenjak for windsurfing and a couple of nearby Water Parks - Istralandia and Aqua Colours. Ich war jetzt schon zum 3. Mal im Poreč und gern immer wieder. Das Apartment ist groß und hat alles was man braucht. Totale Entspannung, nur 15 min zu Fuß am Meer entlang nach Porec, genügend Möglichkeiten Aktiev zu werden, In der vor und nachweisen zu empfehlen. July 2019
I sincerely recommend staying in this beautiful apartment. The hygiene is high and the apartment is fully equipped. There are shops and markets close by, the city center is very close and the beach is a 10-minute walk away. The only complaint is because of the noise coming from the street, but this is otherwise a problem when staying downtown. (August 2019)
Sehr schönes Apartment mit einer schönen Aufteilung. Der Supermarkt war direkt um die Ecke und der Strand Bzw die Stadt war in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. September 2018
Valtrazza mit Pool ist sehr schön und befindet sich im Zentrum des Dorfes. Kein Problem mit dem Parkplatz, in der Nähe des Restaurants, 2 Minuten zu Fuß und 5 Minuten Fahrt zum Supermarkt. Der Pool und die Annehmlichkeiten sind genau wie beschrieben und wir hatten insgesamt eine gute Zeit. August 2019

The apartment I chose with my family, the Noemi 1, is exactly like in the photos: modern, clean, equipped with all the comforts (air conditioning, TV, wifi, furnished terrace) and is in a great location in the center from the town of Tar and near the Lanterna complex (the owner provides, included in the price of the apartment, a pass to access it) and a few kilometers from the city of Porec. The pool is well maintained and really beautiful, as well as the rest of the exterior is very nice with deck chairs, umbrellas and a barbecue available for guests. In addition, on the ground floor of the residence, there is a large room used as a games room and equipped with billiards and table tennis ... an unexpected surprise! A large free public car park is available just a few meters away. I booked through the Eurotours agency but then we were greeted and followed by the owner, Anabel, a kind and helpful lady who also offered us a bottle of wine and oil on our arrival. The stay was really pleasant and I hope to be able to come back again. August 2019
