Accommodation was perfect, quiet area a bit further away from town and shops but with the car again close enough for entertainment and groceries.

The cottage is well equipped, with regard to the kitchen supplies as well as outdoor chairs and chairs. Beds are good. Swimming pool is only available for guests, water is well maintained. Sufficient privacy, owner is absent during the day, comes home around 4 pm and lives in the upper house. he is very helpful and solves all questions quickly and well. Is also not annoying present. He takes care of the bbq and clearing it. Bikes are present and are doing fine. Safe parking.

Very friendly reception by owner Enisa Dizdarevic. Speaks very good German and English. During the stay all questions \/ wishes were answered \/ carried out perfectly. Accommodation fulfilled all our expectations and description \/ photos of the Belvilla site. We were surprised about the green surroundings, good roads, except in the small villages, also in Visnjan, typical Croatian as if time has stood still.

We were a group of 11 people including 5 children. The villa makes a very neat and well-kept impression. The pool is cleaned regularly! The whole house was clean. The children all had a lot of fun and space for playing, bathing and any leisure activities. The owner was very friendly and always helpful. We can all recommend 100%.
