Very modern and clean room. Location is fantastic: away from the busy streets, but still very close to the city centre. Nice parking facility nearby the hotel. Friendly staff. Definitely a recommended hotel if you want to spend a few days in Rovinj, which we liked more than Pula or Porec.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, sauber und komplett neu eingerichtet. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Es ist viel Platz und auch in der Küche gab es alles was man braucht, wenn man selber gerne kocht. Ruhige Umgebung.
The location of the hotel was very good and parking was a great addition. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very quiet place, there were no noises from the other rooms.

Excellent location with a spacious, clean, bright, quiet and new apartment, even better than the photos proposed. Excellent breakfast with desserts and salty menu. Proximity to the historic center is reachable with a simple walk, possibility of having bicycles. Parking nearby with pass offered by the hotel. Friendly and very kind staff!
Staff very friendly and helpful, the structure and the rooms are well cared for and spotlessly clean, a daily change of towels and strategic location in a quiet and peaceful area, but it takes just 10 minutes on foot for you to arrive in the center. If we were to return to Rovinj, it will certainly be at Villa Ladavac.
Komfortables, sehr geräumiges Ferienhaus. Der Ort ist ideal für diejenigen, die es ganz ruhig haben wollen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Touren. August, 2021.
