Zunächst einmal möchte ich die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter betonen. Vielen Dank, dass wir das Haus nutzen durften! Es ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man so in der Küche benötigt. Das Schlafzimmerbett war sehr gemütlich und auch mit ausgeschalteter Klimaanlage war das Haus kühl. Wir haben es sehr genossen, draußen zu sitzen. Die Straße war auch angenehm ruhig. Die Wegbeschreibung dorthin war auch sehr einfach.
Wir haben absolut nichts zu beanstanden und empfehlen jedem diese schöne Unterkunft und sehr liebe Gastgeber!
The apartment is in the middle of the old Porec but in the same time in a very quiet zone. There are all the equipments that an apartment needs. Very comfortable and brand new.
We have stayed in many holiday villas over the years, but this one truly stands out as one of the very best. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish.
The villa itself is beautiful, stylishly designed and furnished to a very high standard. Every detail has been carefully thought through, creating a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. The entire property was spotless and exceptionally well maintained.
The swimming pool was simply stunning: large, pristine and perfect for relaxing on hot summer days. The air conditioning throughout the villa worked flawlessly, ensuring maximum comfort at all times.
What made our stay even more special was the outstanding hospitality. The hosts were incredibly warm, friendly and welcoming. We were greeted with complimentary cold water, a bottle of wine and fresh fruit, which was such a thoughtful touch and greatly appreciated after our journey. The pool staff were equally friendly and professional, keeping everything in perfect condition throughout our stay.
It is rare to find a holiday home where there is genuinely nothing to complain about, but this villa exceeded all our expectations. From the luxury furnishings and impeccable cleanliness to the exceptional service and attention to detail, everything was absolutely first class.

Hallo, Wir waren mit unseren Kindern (12 und 14) eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Wir wurden durch den Vermieter herzlich empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt und gut erklärt.
Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne gehobene Ausstatung mit zwei neuwertigen Bädern, großen Schlafzimmern und vor allem dem tollen Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und der Vermieter war im er für uns ansprechbar. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Für uns sind keine Wünsche offen geblieben und wkr hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser tollen und ruhigen Unterkunft. Gern kommen wir wieder. Grüße Familie Witte
It is a great house for a family with 2 children (maybe even 5 persons) . Location is great, it is a quiet place where you can rest and relax (pun intended) you have all you need for the stay including a fully equipped kitchen. The 2 full baths are perfect and during holidays a blessing :D. You are closr to the restaurants in the center of the town, so you can stroll around and everything is in 5 minutes reach.
I can only recommend this vacation home, to anyone who values some peace and quiet as well as privacy.
Uns hat die Häuseraufteilung sehr gefallen, wir waren mehrere Generationen, die genauso gut zusammen sitzen konnten und bei Bedarf Privatsphäre genießen konnten. Der Pool war immer sauber, wurde regelmäßig gepflegt und war eine schöne Abkühlung. Die gesamte Außenanlage war ideal, großer Garten, bequeme Liegen, Außendusche, Außenküche mit Grill. Wir haben alles gerne und gut genutzt. Die Zufahrt durch das Elektrotor war bequem und gab ein Gefühl der Sicherheit.
