I am one of those people who reads reviews written by others, but does not write reviews - unless I am extremely impressed or disappointed! This property left me absolutely speechless and it deserves to be reviewed.
The property itself is amazing. Very tastefully decorated, contemporary style. Every little thing was considered in putting this smart home together. Absolutely stunning. From top-notch appliances in the kitchen to comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms, the sauna, the pool. Just everything. The views were amazing! The owners were so gracious, generous, considerate and kind. They filled up the fridge and the kitchen with basic necessities, including some fantastic Istrian wine, so we did not have to go shopping for food that same evening. There were 7 (six adults and one baby) of us at the property and that was perfect.
The property is a driving location from the beach and grocery stores, which is why I gave it four stars as finding parking in the city and/or by the beach can be a bit of a challenge. However, I had no desire to leave this oasis to be in a crowded city or on a very busy beach. I would go back there in a heartbeat! Everything was just perfect! We (2 families) spent a very nice week at Villa Petra. It was the best accomodation we ever had. Super pool, super outside kitchen, very good domestic equipments, very nice rooms, nothing is missing. On our arrival we were warmely welcomed by the owners, with regional snacks. During our stay we received vegetables from the garden. Everything was perfect. Not far away there is a little shop were you can buy bred, fruits, cheese and sausage for breakfast. Zadar is a nice old town with its unique sea organ. Nice places to visit like Krka National Park, Sibenik, Primosten etc.
Top eingerichtete Häuser, mit super Boxspringbetten, geniale Außenküche, freundliche Nachbarn, Einkaufsmöglichkeit zu Fuß ca. 5 min. Reisezeitraum: August 2017
Tolles Haus mit schöner Aufteilung. Nebenan steht ein nicht fertig gestellter Neubau der etwas unattraktiv in der Aussicht wirkt. Zu dem Grundstück gehört noch eine großzügige Wiese mit Spielplatz für die Kinder, allerdings muss man sich die, mit den dort lebenden Hühnern teilen und tritt bzw. fast somit auch häufig in Hühnermist. Die Nachbarn gehören wohl zur Familie, sind sehr nett und freundlich und man bekommt leckere Tomaten, Eier und Öl von Ihnen. Alles in allem ein schönes Haus (mit ein paar kleinen Abstrichen) in dem wir unsere Ferien sehr genossen haben. September 2019.source: Home Away
Wir waren mit 6 Personen in der Ville Petra und hatten dort wunderschöne 14 Tage Urlaub. Die Villa liegt außerhalb von Zadar in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Die Ville Petra ist perfekt da es zwei Häuser sind. Das beste ist die Sommerküche. Der Pool ist groß genug auch für 6 Personen auf einmal. Wir können die Villa Petra nur empfehlen und werden wieder kommen. Auch der Besitzer ist sehr nett.
Die Realität hat im großen und ganzen das gehalten, was die Bilder versprochen haben. Das einzig wirkliche Manko ist der Region anzuheften, da es nicht all zu viele interessante Ausflugsziele gab.September 2019. source: Home Away
We were very glad during our Holidays. Our landlord was very very friendly and helpfull. The house itsself was lovely. But the way to the beach or for Shopping was far and steep.
