Very spacious apartment with a nice terrace. A well maintained swimming pool. The kitchen was well equipped. Towels and sheets are also provided and are refreshed sufficiently. Friendly owners. Very quiet location.
Gastgeberin sehr nett. Grill kann man jederzeit benutzen. Sehr familärer Umgang und man fühlt sich wohl. Der Pool war klasse. Sehr sauber und sehr großes Appartement.
Die Zweizimmer-Ferienwohnung mit kleinem Duschbad und moderner, neuer Küche befindet sich im Erdgeschoss umgeben von einem wunderschönen gepflegten Garten mit Feigenbäumen und Weinreben, von denen genascht werden durfte. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung, nur der Toaster fehlte, dafür waren ein Backofen und ein Gefrierfach vorhanden. Es gab viel Stauraum und der begehbare Kleiderschrank hat uns gut gefallen. Alles war sehr sauber und mit farbigen Wänden frisch renoviert. Dem Pool fehlt eine Einstiegshilfe/Geländer, da die Stufen relativ hoch sind. Für Ältere oder beweglich Eingeschränkte ist dies ein Problem. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und vermittelte uns zum Beispiel einen wunderschönen Bootsausflug. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine schöne Zeit am Pool, am Porton Biondi Beach mit Blick auf die Altstadt von Rovinj (kostenloser Parkplatz, Strandbar und mobile Toiletten) und mit zahlreichen Ausflügen zum Beispiel nach Bale, Medulin und Porec.
Mr and Mrs Pino were very hospitable, helpful and friendly. We would recommend their apartments.
Welcoming hosts, great location close to old town. Sitting out on the balcony with a glass of wine or having a meal was a highlight as the location is quiet and green. Mrs Pino recommended a restaurant Da Marios a very short walk away and we ended up going four times during our week long stay.
Nice place, and very nice host. It’s very close to the city and great shopping facilities. Also very near to the sea and marina, and not far also lovely beaches.
Pulito, accogliente, confortevole, ti senti a casa. Buona l'aria condizionata, la cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario, ci sono sempre parcheggi liberi nelle vicinanze. Ottimi padroni di casa, molto sinceri, sempre pronti ad aiutare. Sono stato particolarmente soddisfatto della sostituzione degli asciugamani, cosa che si vede raramente nell'appartamento. Posizione tranquilla, ma non lontano dal centro città. A due minuti a piedi c'è una panetteria con pasticceria fresca, e accanto c'è un'ottima pizzeria (puoi sederti lì o puoi portarla fuori, anche in Italia ci sono pochi posti dove si fa una pizza così vera). This super clean apartment is in a local neighborhood not in town with all the tourists. I felt like I was living like a local while I was there. There was a full kitchen with enough pots & pans, dishes, etc…to make a meal. And there was a balcony overlooking the street with lines to hang out my wash, and where I could watch the sunsets and thunderstorms. Luciana & Petar were really responsive and if I needed anything they would handle it immediately. They were great! I wanted to rent a bike and Petar had someone bring me a bike and helmet. So, I rode my bike and got around that way. Walking to town would probably take 30-40 minutes and the beach about 50 minutes. On a bike, it’s no time at all. It’s a great place to stay.
