Paradies für Hunde.
Tolle zwei Häuser,wollte gleich für 2026/27 buchen,leider schon alles ausgebucht.
Wir konnten uns super erholen und hatten tolle drei Wochen in Bale.
The apartment is very well located between the old town and the beach. You don't need a car to reach both. And it is near the bus station. You can conveniently combine a beach holiday with a cultural and sightseeing holiday. You have a direct view to the sea and the harbour. The race Istria300 just started and finished in front of the balcony.
The apartment is clean and quite. Only one drop of bitterness: When you arrive, there is only one role of toilet paper.
We stayed at Villa Oleandra mid to late September, our first visit to Croatia.
The Villa is spectacular, beautifully decorated, spacious & had everything we needed for a week.
It is set in very private grounds, with automatic gate & a good sized pool.
Lenka was there to welcome us & showed us around the villa & suggested places for meals out.
Overall a lovely villa, if we stayed here again we would come earlier in the year as the weather was a bit cool for us.
In diesem Haus bleibt wirklich kein Wunsch offen. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, fernab vom großen Trubel, und dennoch erreicht man in kurzer Zeit alles, was man braucht. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen – die Betten sind äußerst komfortabel, der Garten herrlich gepflegt, Pool und Grill einfach fantastisch. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir jedoch die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft und Fürsorge von Vanja und ihrem Partner. Wir wurden herzlich willkommen geheißen und während des gesamten Aufenthalts aufmerksam begleitet. Unser größter Respekt – so etwas haben wir in Kroatien bisher noch nie erlebt.
Wir können dieses Haus mit absoluter Überzeugung weiter empfehlen.
Die Unterkunft ist gerade für alle die Ruhe suchen ein Traum. So freistehend mit einem enorm großen Grundstück vermutlich sehr selten zu finden. Sehr sauber und großzügig ist auch die Zimmeraufteilung. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen entspannten Urlaub als Selbstversorger braucht. Der Pool mit seinen 30° war natürlich das Highlight und wurde von uns gerne und ausgiebig genutzt.
Keine Nachbarn weit und breit, somit war es für uns eine echte Erholung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants sind mit dem Auto ebenfalls schnell erreicht. Die Vermieter sind äußerst disktret und freundlich.

Wir haben einen spätsommerlichen Urlaub in Kasetlir verbracht und die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt - ruhig gelegen, aber in kurzer Entfernung zu Porec, Novigrad, Umag, usw. Unser Gastgeber Thomas ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Wir sind sehr zufrieden und können Casa TI SEI absolut empfehlen.
Bellissima casa identica come nelle foto sul sito. Arredata e organizzata pensando ad ogni dettaglio. Giardino ben recintato, ideale per chi viaggia con cani. La piscina viene pulita due volte alla settimana. Posizione strategica per visitare sia le spiagge che l'interno dell'Istria. Proprietari simpaticissimi e gentilissimi.

We stayed in Casa Darel as a group of three friends looking to enjoy the wine and culinary delights of inland Istria. It was a fantastic experience and I can't wait to come back with my family. The setting is picture perfect and the location is ideal. The house is just across the road from the gorgeous new Deklic winery and the delicious Selo Mekisi restaurant, and not far from Rossi winery/distillery and several other excellent restaurants. The coastal town of Porec and several great beaches are only 20-30 minutes away. There's a coffee shop and a couple of (very) small markets in the nearby village, less than 5 minutes by car.
The house itself is cozy and comfortable, with spacious bedrooms and a nice backyard. The kitchen is very well equipped, with plenty of pots and pans and functional cooking utensils. This really stood out from other vacation homes at this price point. The hosts are kind and welcoming, and easy to communicate with. We loved learning about the family's history and seeing the pictures of the recent renovation. The only things missing were some essentials we would have expected, such as coffee and olive oil, but this did not detract from the experience.
Das Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist modern und hochwertig eingerichtet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Es wird sich um alle Anliegen sofort gekümmert und man begegnete uns immer äußert freundlich. Wir sind mit Hunden verreist und es handelt sich wirklich um ein komplett umzäuntes Grundstück mit elektrischem Hoftor, so dass man keine Sorge haben muss, dass die Hunde aus dem Grundstück laufen. Der Pool ist auch toll und es gibt ausreichend Liegen mit Auflagen und Sonnenschirme
Die Gegend ist ländlich, aber man hat eine Bäckerei und eine Konoba vor Ort und ist innerhalb von wenigen Minuten auch bei einem Supermarkt. Es gibt in unmittelbarer Umgebung noch einige Restaurants, die auch empfehlenswert sind.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
