We lived with a small child on the ground floor. There is everything you need: all the dishes, grill, kettle, etc. A large terrace, the apartment is clean and comfortable. To the beach 7-10 minutes on foot, drove to the supermarket by car. The largest of them is Konzum, 7 minutes by car. The hosts are very friendly, upon arrival we were waiting for a bottle of wine and delicious peaches. In the city you can walk or ride a train that runs along the coast (30 kunas per person). The concrete beaches, mainly with a child, found a small beach with a rocky entrance. The sea is warm and very clean. I recommend these apartments. Thanks! September 2019.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, sie spricht sehr gut deutsch, sie ist sehr hilfsbereit, da unser Navi versagt hat, reichte ein Anruf und unsere Vermieterin stellte sich an die Straße um uns den Weg zu zeigen :). Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet, das Bad ist sehr neu und schön gestaltet, die beiden Schlafzimmer ( 1 x Doppelbett, 1 x Doppel- und Einzelbett) sind groß und sehr schön, die Küche ist groß und sehr gut eingerichtet, die Terrasse ist überdacht und sehr groß. Alles in allem, eine schöne Wohnung
Sehr nette Vermieterin, gut gelegen in einer Seitenstraße, sehr ruhig, zu Fuß in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt Vrsar und in 15 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Vor dem Haus ist bei dem Apartment eine kleine Terrasse unter einem ca. 25 Jahre alten Olivenbaum, wo man sich entspannen und essen kann.
Very comfortable. Across the road from the beach with a belcony. A short walk to old Porec. Easy car parking. A short walk to shops. Excellent for families. Our host went out of her way to look after us. Easy to collect the keys.
Nothing negative. This is an excellent family holiday apartment in a great location. September 2019
