We were a group of 11 people including 5 children. The villa makes a very neat and well-kept impression. The pool is cleaned regularly! The whole house was clean. The children all had a lot of fun and space for playing, bathing and any leisure activities. The owner was very friendly and always helpful. We can all recommend 100%.

Very good and authentic apartment. Extremely friendly owner. The communal facilities (pool and around) are perhaps a bit small if all apartments are occupied. Village is fun and has what you need. Very nice old towns like Porec and Novigrad at a distance. Mr. Van 't Hof, 06/16/2018 until 06/30/2018
Spacious, clean, well-maintained accommodation. Apartment was very nice, bed excellent, and the pool really delicious. To do things you often have to drive a bit, but there are plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended! Ms. Bruins, 07/08/2018 until 07/15/2018
We stayed 3 nights in the apartment and really enjoyed our stay. The owner of the apartment is really nice and everything was very clean. It's in general very pretty and clean inside and you're very close to the centre of the city and the sea. We would definitely come back, if we go to porec again! Reisezeitraum: September 2018
Great apartment! Lovely owners and very helpfull to ensure you have a plesant stay. Within 5/7 minutes drive your are in Porec to visit the citycenter. Nice outdoor space to relax after a day of walking in the city. The apartment is named after the house dog Stela, very nice and sweet dog who greets you every morning. We recommend this apartmant if you want to stay near te city center in a relax surrounding. Reisezeitraum: Juni 2018
Wir waren das erste Mal in Kroatien und dann so ein traumhafter Urlaub.Super herzliche Vermieter haben uns empfangen.Ein traumhaftes Haus,liebevoll eingerichtet, es war alles da, alles super sauber und gepflegt.Die wunderschöne, mit viel Liebe hergerichtet Aussanlage,Terrasse,Garten und der super saubere und große Pool .Man hatte eher das Gefühl bei Freunden zu wohnen.Die Lage ist optimal, das Meer und tolle Städte, sind innerhalb kürzester Zeit erreichbar.Im Ort gibt es einen Bäcker, 2 kleine Supermärkte, 2 Restaurants, ein Cafe, Post und Bank.Es fehlt an nichts.Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt und kommen nächstes Jahr bestimmt wieder.

Wir hätten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Appartment. Sehr schöne und frisch renovierte Wohnung in zentraler Lage! Vermieter ist sehr nett! Wunderschön gepflegter Garten mit vielen Obstbäumen. Spiel und Basketballplatz direkt vor der Tür. Sollten wir uns nochmal für Porec als Reiseziel entscheiden werden wir auf jeden Fall hier einkehren! Reisezeitraum: August 2018
Wir haben uns zweieinhalb Wochen sehr wohl und wie zuhause in diesem Ferienhaus gefühlt. Die Schlüsselübergabe (im Haus, direkt vom Besitzer) klappte problemlos. Die Ausstattung lässt so gut wie nichts vermissen, evtl. könnte der Besitzer noch einen Toaster und einen Wasserkocher anschaffen, dann geht die Frühstücksvorbereitung schneller. Die Klimaanlage leistete unschätzbare Dienste bei den hochsommerlichen Temperaturen. Terasse und Hof sind wundervoll, um abends mit einem Glas istrischem Wein draußen zu sitzen und zu grillen. In der Umgebung findet man wirklich viele Möglichkeiten der Urlaubsgestaltung, allerdings muss man schon ein Auto oder Fahrräder dabei haben, fußläufig ist selbst der Ortskern von Fazana oder der Strand etwas weit. Wir waren richtig traurig beim Abschied von unserem Urlaubsdomizil. Reisezeitraum: August 2017
