Sehr ruhige Lage, gut ausgestattet, groß genug für 4 Personen.Was nicht so toll ist, ist dass die Waschmaschine sich nicht in der Wohnung befindet sondern im Nachbarhaus und nur über den Garten erreichbar ist. Der Waschraum war zwar immer geöffnet, aber man musste die Wäsche natürlich herum schleppen. September 2018
Das Haus ist als ganz neu gebautes Haus in einem einwandfreien Zustand, was Ausstattung, Technik, Inneneinrichtung, Stil anbetrifft. Es hat sehr schön eingerichtete, großzügige und geschmackvolle Zimmer. Das Grundstück ist irrsinnig groß, und trotz guter Anbindung an das Verkehrsnetz hat man absolute Ruhe und ist für sich.
Alles super bis auf die Gelsen, die am Abend auf der Terrasse dir das gemütliche beisammen sitzen zur Qual machen. Wer Mitte September seinen Urlaub dort verbringen möchte, sollte auf jeden Fall einen Gelsenspray dabei haben. September 2018

It was a first time search where we could get the key. Was an address passed but that was not easy to find. We had to be at a tourist desk and there was a lot of it! Especially after a long trip that would have been nice.The accommodation was beautiful, clean and spacious! As in the pictures, the beach is within walking distance and center by car. (Bill keeping paid parking, not expensive) It is a nice area and also nice to go out of this place (think of Venice)

It was a beautiful apartment with lots of luxury. Airco was delicious in the room. Special parking spaces on their own for the people who rented an apartment. A washing machine is also available in the apartment. In addition, there is something to do in the center of Porec by car and it is in a quiet area with all villas.

Arrival was good although the owner speaks only German and English. Accommodation was good except the shower in the bath, which was very narrow you could not even turn around. The area was very nice, but very steep and it was certainly 1km to the beach which was mentioned differently.
