We had a wonderful 10 day stay at this lovely villa in a semi-rural location. The villa had everything we needed and was furnished to a high standard. It would be helpful for future guests if there was an information booklet available to explain how things worked ie gas cooker, tv and outside sun blind, together with where things such as the safe key were located, as we had to contact the owners several times to find out this information. In addition some information on contact numbers for local doctor, emergency services and local hospital. In the photograph it shows the hot tub in the garden, this was under cover when we arrived, which we were pleased about, however, the area it was situated in needed a good clean as debris from the roof area was found on the cover each morning. There were a lot of insects on the curtains and walls, together with cobwebs hanging, which detracted the enjoyment of using the hot tub. September 2019. source HomeAway.
Ein sehr sauberes Haus mit schönem Pool. Es ist allerdings etwas Verkehrslärm zu ertragen. Die Bilder sollte man sich genau anschauen bezüglich der Blickdichtigkeit. September 2019

The furniture and the dishes were almost new. The host was super friendly and helpful. The apartment was very nicely decorated. There is a large, beautiful terrace for barbecues. After about 15 minutes drive were in Porec at the beach. We liked it a lot and there is nothing to complain about. source: Airbnb July 2019
Great hosts, family atmosphere, always ready to help, at the end we got a small gift with local products. A great place for a family vacation, 13 km to the beach at Hotel Delfin, 9 km to Aquaparc Aquacolors, 4 km east to a good local restaurant in Sveti Lovrec, Pizzeria San Lorenzo. Very large and spacious apartment, all equipment in excellent condition, very clean, towels available on site, 2 bedrooms with large beds, spacious living room, dining room with table and 6 chairs, terrace along the entire width of the house + balcony in one bedroom, WI-FI 10 Mb / s, air conditioning in the living room - enough to cool the living room, dining room and kitchen, a separate parking space roofed with growing kiwi bushes :-) The only nuisance is the living room windows facing a not busy road, passing cars cause some noise when you are on the terrace, after closing the windows is ok.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder dort wohnen wollen.!

Tolle Wohnung mit 2 separaten Schlafzimmern, Terrasse und Badezimmer. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Die Besitzer des Apartments waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Steigung des Weges ins Zentrum und den Strand ist schon recht anspruchsvoll und kann für Leute, die nicht so fit sind, schon schwer zu bewältigen sein.
Gut gepflegtes Appartement für bis zu vier Personen sehr zu empfehlen

Dieses Appertement ist geschaffen für einen ruhigen, stressfreien Urlaub. Die Ausstattung läßt keinen Wunsch offen . Man ist einfach wie "zu Hause". Sauberkeit ist hier groß geschrieben.
Kleine Mängel sind die Türbeschläge, diese sind zwar alt, jedoch erfüllen sie noch iregendwie ihren Zweck.
Drei Gehminuten entfernt findet sich ein Bäcker. Die Strände , drei Autominuten entfernt, sind noch frei von Parkgebühren, bieten wunderschöne Eichenhaine als Schattenspender und sind ebenfalls "stressfrei" zu geniessen.
