Great house for family vacation (2 families/7 peolple)

The house is brand new and fulfilled all of our wishes. The pool is large and inviting. The whirlpool is connected to the pool and has the same temperature. It was hard to get the kids out of the pool so they had a lot of fun. Since there are no neighbours around, the kids didn‘t have to be quiet and also it was no problem to be a bit louder late in the evening or night. If we didn’t feel like swimming, we could play volleyball or soccer on the property and the children could also use the trampoline , slide and swing.
There is a lot of space inside the house with 3 bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, so that everyone has their own space and no one is going to be disturbed at night. The owners are very friendly, helpful and hospitable. They are open to all questions and criticism and approachable at any time. They live only a few hundred meters down the street. We bought great olive oil and wine as well as eggs and seasonal fruit and vegetables from them. Everything was very delicious.
We only have 2 improvement suggestions :
umbrellas at the pool and a second fridge for beverages in the storage room.

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, ruhig gelegen und sehr schön.Man erreicht in der kürzesten Zeit viele schöne Strände und Stadt Porec ist ganz in der Nähe wo man wunderbar einkaufen kann.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.Wir reisen jedes Jahr nach Istrien und sind wirklich begeistert wie viel Einblick ihr eigenes Leben und Ehrlichkeit diese Familie mit Gästen umgeht.Wir hatten super schöne Gespräche und tollen Abend.
Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich dafür!!

Tolles Haus für Familienurlaub mit zwei Familien (7 Personen)

Das Haus ist nagelneu und lässt kaum Wünsche übrig. Der Pool ist groß und lädt zum Badespaß ein. Der Whirlpool ist verbunden mit dem Pool und hat dementsprechend die fast identische Temperatur. Die Kinder waren kaum aus dem Pool zu kriegen und haben aufgrund der Lage auch niemanden gestört. Dementsprechend brauchte man keine Rücksicht auf Nachbarn nehmen und auch kein schlechtes Gewissen haben auch spät abends mal etwas lauter zu sein. Hatte man keine Lust auf Baden, konnte man Volleyball oder auch Fußball auf dem geräumigen Grundstück spielen und die Kinder konnten zusätzlich Trampolin springen, schaukeln und rutschen.
Der Innenbereich ist ebenfalls geräumig mit 3 Schlafzimmern und en-Suite Bädern, so dass jeder sein eigenes Reich hat und beim nächtlichen Toilettengang auch niemand gestört wird.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und gastfreundlich. Sie sind für alle Fragen und Kritiken offen und zu jeder Zeit ansprechbar. Sie wohnen nur einige hundert Meter entfernt. Wir konnten tolles Olivenöl und Wein sowie Eier und saisonales Obst und Gemüse bei ihnen erwerben. Alles war sehr lecker.
Zwei Verbesserungsvorschläge von unserer Seite wären: Sonnenschirme am Pool und ein zusätzlicher Kühlschrank für Getränke im Abstellraum.

Das Bungalow ist gut ausgestattet und die Besitzer sind sehr gastfreundlich. Einziger Nachtteil war, dass es rund 7 Whnungen gibt und der Pool so immer besetzt ist. Wir hatten aber tolle "Nachbaren". July 2020.
Me and my family ended up at Tonci due to booking mistake, but finally was a very positive and satisfactory experience. The apartment is well equipped and the foot print is also decent. We were five stayed there, and it was more than enough. Was very clean and the host was absolutely helpful. Nice view from the balcony to the bay and to the sea, however the apartment is around 200m from the shore. We prefer less busy beaches, so that was not even a problem for us as we used our car to go to the beach. Small is shop is nearby, like 100m walk, so it is in a really good spot, with comfortable parking space too.
The owner also has boat rental options too.
