Villa Ruza ist ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, ruhig gelegen etwas im Landesinneren, zwischen Porec und Rovinj. Dennoch ist man in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto am Meer. Für uns war die Lage gut, da unsere Kinder gerne im Pool baden und auch das Meer noch nicht sehr warm war. Um Ausflüge in alle Richtungen Istriens zu unternehmen, ist die Lage des Hauses ideal. Das Ferienhaus, sowie der Pool und der große Garten sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Besitzerin begrüßt einen am Anreisetag mit selbstgebackenem Brot und Olivenöl und ist sehr freundlich.
Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Wir hatten 10 wunderbare, erholsame Tage und können diese Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. June 2021.
Boravili smo 4 noći u prekrasnom ambijentu. Cilj našeg boravka je bilo bicikliranje po Istri, pa je ovaj objekt bio odlično polazno mjesto za dnevne ture. Grupa od 12 osoba je pronašla sve potrebno za boravak, apartmani su prostrani i dovoljno mjesta za zajedničko druženje. Svakako za preporučiti. June, 2021.

Odličan smještaj za novac, komforne i ugodne sobe, klima nam uopće nije trebala, čisto i sa svom potrebnom opremom. Odličan osjećaj privatnosti i u kući i u prostranom dvorištu i bazenu
Malo je udaljeno za nabavu hrane, treba doći spreman ili biti spreman na vožnje. Izleti npr. Rovinj, Poreč, Pazin na 20 - 30 min vožnje.
Više preporuka nego nedostatak - staviti još ležaljka i jastuke za sjedenje na terasi.

The beautifull house is very well located, because is close from everywhere : you can go the beach but also to the montains. You will spend a very good journey at Rosana's place where you can go with your family and children. The wine made by the owners is very good. Thank you very much for openning you house to us.
