Ideally located house, away from the tourist flow, but close to everything at the same time. The welcome, the villa and its swimming pool are just perfect. We will return with pleasure. September 2020
Sehr nette Vermieter, hat alles ohne Probleme und schnell funktioniert. Das Objekt mit dem Pool ist wirklich Klasse. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt. Das Haus hat sehr hellhörige Wände, aber das macht eigentlich nix aus wenn das Wetter passt. Werde da auf jeden fall wieder hin gehen. Vrbo, September 2021

Charming, small (1 family) house with large garden, very peaceful, close to Poreč and coast. Very pleasant owner, cleaning pool every day (not a common practice in the area), all amenities available. Highly recommended.
We loved this stay in Casa Ajla in Rogovici near Tar: the house is surrounded by a 900 m2 garden with a small swimming pool and organic vegetable garden where we were able to harvest strawberries, tomatoes, zucchini, potatoes, .. We also enjoyed barbecuing and our daughters had a blast in the log cabin. The owners made us feel very welcome and were always attentive during our stay. Rogovici is a very peaceful little village and at the entrance a couple of sympathetic retirees sell the products of their cultures (melons, watermelons, peaches, various vegetables, honey, olive oil, ...). If you want to go to a restaurant, eat an ice cream or go to the bakery or the mini-market, you can go to Tar (5 minutes by car). For the beach, it may be Velamar (10 minutes) or Santa Marina (10 minutes) where you will find very good fish restaurants on the port. Porec is 15 minutes by car and Pula 50 minutes.
Das Haus ist wunderschön in einem kleinen Dorf gelegen. Alle Einkäufe des tgl Bedarfs sind in der Nähe.
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, die Unterkunft war sauber und gut gepflegt.
Das Grundstück mit all den Pflanzen ist eine kleine Oase.
Der Pool ist perfekt für eine kleine Abkühlung und für Kinder, mit seiner 1m Tiefe aber nicht zu schwimmen geeignet. August, 2022.
Das Haus und die Einrichtung bzw. Ausstattung waren ein absoluter Traum. Uns hat es hier an nichts gefehlt.
Die Eigentümer vom Haus sind super nett und waren immer hilfsbereit.
Das Haus liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Ort, es gibt aber einen Supermarkt, in dem man alles nötige finden kann, eine Kaffeebar und ein Restaurant mit super leckerem Essen und netten Leuten.
Für mehr Action ist man in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto/Uber in Porec.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen, :) August, 2022.
Wir hatten einige sehr sehr schöne Tage in der Villa Anima.
Das Haus wurde im Juni 2016 neu renoviert und alle Arbeiten wurden sehr gut ausgeführt und auch bei den verwendeten Materialien wurde nicht gespart (wie das leider zu oft der Fall ist).
Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es mangelt an nichts. Wenn doch einmal etwas fehlen sollte, ist die Vermieterin sofort, extrem nett und sehr hilfsbereit zur Stelle.
Auch der Außenbereich incl. Pool ist sehr schön gestaltet und gepflegt. Einen halben Stern Abzug gibt es nur für die Straße, die am Haus vorbei führt, die aber zur sehr wenig stört (es gibt keinen Sichtkontakt, nur die Autos hört man ein wenig). Reisezeitraum: Juli 2016
