We were well received by the Vani family and everything was neatly tidy.The owner has worked at the house for 6 years and the result may be, we were the first residents in a beautiful house.The surroundings we found were also very nice and very nice Places like Porec itself and Novigrad, Motovun, Groznjan, Opaija, Rovinj and more !! A very nice holiday home! The owner has arranged everything down to the last detail and everything has been thought about during the construction of this house. The location is fine, a good road leads to the house and from the village you can quickly get on the main roads to visit nice places. The owner is very helpful and you can contact any questions or problems. The sitting area opposite the house is very cozy and here it is fine to stay after a long day, this part is equipped with a bbq and even a kitchen! During the warm summer months you will sleep well, the whole house has air conditioning. We had to report to Euro Tours, but we did not receive a key here, we got it from the owner at the address of our stay. We also did not have to return the key to Euro Tours. The full contact and transfer ran through the owner. Given that Euro Tours only called the owner that we were there, we found it unnecessary to first drive to the center of Poreč and then drive to the house without keys. This is of course not a disaster, perhaps for the following tenants already useful information. We greatly enjoyed the stay! As a gift from the owner there were even bottles of wine and olive oil, all from our own farm.

Sehr zu empfehlen der es ruhig mag.Gerne wieder.Schade ist nur dass kein Pool dabei war.Aber wir haben einen kleinen aufgestellt.In der Nähe ist auch eine Pizzeria in der man wirklich Mega gut essen kann.Das war wirklich ein toller Urlaub.Man müsste zwar 10min in die Stadt fahren,dafür war es nachts sehr leise.
Nichts zu bemängeln.
Wunderschöne, ruhig gelegene Villa
Sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Die Einrichtung umfasst alles was man braucht, Hunde sind erlaubt und das umschlossene Grundstück ist perfekt für diese geeignet.
Nette Vermieter die immer für Rückfragen zur Verfügung stehen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in nur wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar, für größere Einkäufe ist Porec in nur etwa 20 Minuten erreichbar. September, 2022.
Sehr schöne Villa, ruhig und abseits gelegen, trotzdem sehr Zentral.
Besitzerin ist sehr nett und unkompliziert.

The arrival was perfectly arranged. We were later due to our trip but we could drive right up to the villa where the owner was waiting for. After a good explanation began holiday. The environment is nice near Porec. Enough shops for groceries but you'd better eat tie almost as expensive as self catering. Porec is nice. Rovinje we liked most. If we had questions we could call the owner and we were helped very well all right. The villa was very neat and nice with good beds. Highly recommend it.
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen perfekten Aufenthalt benötigt. Sehr gepflegter Außenbereich mit immer sauberem Pool. Ein Dankeschön an dieser Stelle an den "Poolboy", der wohl in den frühen Morgenstunden immer alles erledigt hat :-). Ruhige Lage und dennoch nur ein Katzensprung zu den Supermärkten und dem Zentrum von Porec. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und bei Bedarf immer erreichbar. Obwohl wir etwas zu früh waren, verlief der Check-In problemlos. Wir wurden herzlich von unserer Gastgeberin Sandra begrüßt. Ein kurzer Rundgang durchs Haus und die Außenbereiche (Obst-, Gemüse- und Kräutergarten - mit Ernteerlaubnis) schlossen die Übergabe ab. Sandra: Vielen Dank für die Tipps (Bakery Toni, Konoba Rina) und den Kuchen! Das Haus überzeugt durch seine Größe, seiner guten Raumaufteilung und liebevollen Einrichtung. Auch die Sauberkeit des Objektes verdient erwähnt zu werden. Alles war vor Ort, nichts wurde vermisst. Der Pool (wird täglich gereinigt) sorgte immer für eine Erfrischung, die Spielgeräte (Schaukel und Rutsche) wurden viel genutzt. Die Rasenflächen stehen für weitere Freizeitaktivitäten zur Verfügung. Man kann aber auch einfach nur "relaxen". Rundum ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen! Bis zum nächsten mal. Die Stadt Porec und die Strände liegen nur ca. 6 km vom Haus entfernt. Vielen Dank auch an die Agentur Euro Tours, die alle Fragen zur vollsten Zufriedenheit beantworten haben.
