Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im "Holiday Home Terre Bianche with Private Pool". Das Ferienhaus entspricht absolut den Bildern und ist in einem perfekten Zustand. Alles tipp top sauber und gepflegt. Wir sind angekommen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Ein toller Garten, komplett eingezäunt, in dem unser Hund sich ungestört aufhalten konnte.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und super freundlich. Zur Begrüßung gab es selbst gemachte Marmelade und Wein, zwischendurch haben sie uns frisches Obst aus dem Garten vorbei gebracht.
Sie wohnen nebenan und durch den separaten Eingang ist man absolut ungestört. Dennoch sind sie jederzeit erreichbar, wenn man Hilfe benötigt hätte.
Der Pool ist traumhaft. Schön groß um darin zu schwimmen und sich zu erfrischen.
Die ländliche Gegend lädt zu schönen Spaziergängen entlang von Weinreben und Olivenbäumen ein. Eine tolle Gegend auch zum Radfahren!
In ein paar Minuten erreicht man Buje, in dem man im Supermarkt alles bekommt, was man benötigt.

Thank you for the great days with you! We really had an unforgettable time. The location was super nice and quiet. We also thought it was great that we were alone and could actually do whatever we wanted. It was only about 20 minutes by car from the city of Porec. The two welcome gifts also made our stay more enjoyable. June, 2021.

Der Garten und die Wohnung sind in einem super Zustand und sehr schön. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und dank Übersetzungsapp klappt die Kommunikation einwandfrei. In einer halben Stunde ist man am Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 10 min entfernt. Sehr zu empfehlen ! August 2021.
This was a very beautiful house with everything one needs for a great vacation. Also recommending for everyone who likes to cycle, run or likes to spend days outside. Just perfect area for exploring. House has everything you need and the host was very helpful and kind. See you again. JUne, 2022

The communication was perfect and very fast and uncomplicated The hosts are very lovely and helpful. Every question was answered very quickly. The gas for the grill and kitchen was full and if it would run empty, they‘ll bring a new one. The village is very quiet and small. In ~20min you can reach Poreč and the sea by car. Recommendable for families as well as for a group of friends! Every bedroom (4) has it‘s own shower and toilet. Overall it was a very good decision to book Villa Barbella for our holidays. Thanks a lot to Rosana and Nikola for the warm welcome and lovely stay! Would book it definitely again for our next stay in Croatia. We (8 friends) stayed at Villa Barbella mid of August 2020 for 7 nights.

The villa was brand-new, and had everything that you want in a villa, there was a complete kitchen, tv with netflix, a super nice pool, in every bedroom a shower and a washing machine. the villa was located in a very quit small village, with almost no traffic. the owners were very helpful with everything, they were super hospitable. they had some nice info about sightseeing in the neighbourhood and we got fresh bedlinnen and towels after 1 week. Ein super schöne neue Villa. Top Ausgestattet, TV, WLAN, eine schöne Terrasse, Pool, voll ausgestattete Küche, frisches Obst, Wein und Wasser waren bei unser Ankunft von Maja bereitgestellt. Maja ist eine sehr sympathische und nette Vermieterin. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war super, sie hat uns einige gute Tipps gegeben bezüglich Taxi, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zum Abschied habe es für jeden Gast noch eine Flasche selbst gemachten Wein und Honig. Danke für diesen tollen Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Airbnb, August 2020
Villa Barbella is located central in Istria, about 20 km from the coast in the west (Porec) and about 20 km from Pazin. Great location, very silent and rural. The house is complete set up with fully equipment in the kitchen, four bed rooms with own baths and a great and friendly salon for common time. The equpment leaves nothing to be desired, every small and separate part is there and available - from hair dryer to tabs for a dish washer - everything is there. Great praise for the owner who has thought about necessary things in a house. The pool is fantastic, the outdoor shower a useful extra and the equipment outside is unbelievebar - there's a nice place to sit below the sun terrace with a grill, a sink for preparation or cleaning stuff and an additional WC with a washing machine.
Thanks a lot for the great place for our time there. We would love to visit it once again and of course recommend your house to family and friends.
