Das Haus hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Pool war einfach toll. Sehr schön war auch der Extra Bereich im Pool für kleinere Kinder. Die Vermieterin wohnt mit im Haus und war immer sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Der Pool wurde auch regelmäßig gereinigt. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für alles.
Cosy appartment with nice atmosphere.
But I would not recommend it to people higher than 1.7m, the bathrooms are under the roof and really really small! Also not much space for your clothes, groceries etc. The cupboards are full of spare pillows and other stuff.
The position in the very centre of the town is convenient and has its charm. But beware, the church bell rings every 15minutes (even at night) and of course, summer nights might be a bit noisy (drunk people on the streets).
I would appreciate clotheshorse - it was training all the time and we had nowhere to dry our clothes.
Geschenke zur Ankunft und Abfahrt, optimale Ausstattung der Wohnungen. Picobello sauber. Klima mit Wohnzimmer und einem Schlafzimmer. Völlig ausreichend. Außenanlage toll. Viel Platz. Pool super und sauber. Grillecke klasse. Liegen und Rückzugsorte mehrfach vorhanden. Fliegengitter überall.
Gut zu wissen, Einsicht auf das Gelände durch die Nachbarn. Aber absolut nicht störend. Direkt an der Straße. Etwas lauter also. Aber annehmbar, da eben auch zentral am Dorf. Zum schlendern Ideal. Bäcker und Mini Supermarkt im Dorf. Alles rundum prima.

La villa è dotata di ogni comfort, piccola ma graziosa . Piscina e giardino ottimi e curati !
Piccola nota , portate qualcosa contro le vespe.
La posizione è ottima , se si è auto munito .
Supermercati a 3/4 km , in 10 minuti sei al centro di porec e a 25 a rovinji.
