Living room and kitchen are equipped with air conditioning. The apartment complex has a large communal swimming pool and a tennis court. A swimming pool and tennis court are available to all guests. The pool has an area of 200 m2. Parking is located in front of the apartment. Gedići is a little village situated only 8km from the Poreč downtown, 7 km from the beach Lanterna near Tar and 6 km from the beach Materada in Poreč. The village is really nice, surrounded by nature, vineyards and bicycle paths, ideal for families and all of those who are searching a quiet holiday.

Gedići is a little village situated only 8km from the Poreč downtown, 7 km from the beach Lanterna near Tar and 6 km from the beach Materada in Poreč. The village is really nice, surrounded by nature, vineyards and bicicle paths, ideal for families and all of those who are searching a quiet holiday. The grocery store, the bakery, a few restaurants, the post office and the church are situated in the nearby town called Nova Vas, just 1.5 km away. Between Nova Vas and Gedići there is a famous Baredine cave. Poreč is a famous tourist destination known for its many cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports activities and beautiful beaches.

Away from the hustle and bustle.

The quiet and rural apartment complex is 10 minutes by car from Porec. Existing air conditioning is very advantageous in summer. Large roof terrace to relax and linger. Reserved parking space behind the house. Community pool nearby, about 50 meters. Shopping has to be done by car, even to the bakery. Good restaurants nearby. We liked it. August 2023. Source: vrbo. Comfortable apartment and excellent swimming pool

The apartment is comfortable and clean (beds, couch and furniture in general). Bedrooms and bathroom have a good size and so the apartment. TV satellite service should be replaced as almost all channels got blocked or fail to connect, so impossible to count on it. The coffee maker was faulty but the rest of kitchen appliances and kitchen ware in good conditions . Good size and depth of swimming pool (for adults and kids but not young children) and well maintained. Probably a few long chairs would have been appreciated . Quiet area. Very good in general.
