Bella casa moderna con tante stanze e bagni, una buona piscina ed un ottimo barbecue. Grande cucina attrezzata. Wifi, televisori, salotti, terrazza, piscina, sdraio, ombrelloni, etc. tutto quello che serve per passare qualche giorno di relax con tutte le comodità. Vicinanza a attrazioni turistiche, mare e negozi. Grazie al clima stupendo non c'è quasi bisogno dell'aria condizionata. L'unico difetto, ma piccolo, è il rumore della strada principale, sulla quale è situata la villa. Dormendo con le finestre aperte (tutte con zanzariere) il traffico mattutino può dare fastidio a chi ha il sonno leggero. Comunque in generale molto bene.
Ein schönes Ferienhaus in der istrischen Landschaft

We were welcomed by Iztok and Sonja on our day of arrival. They are lovely people eager to make you feel at home in this holiday villa. The house is completely renovated and modernised, with all the amenities and utensils you can think of. Even WiFi was not so bad although the house is located in quite a small remote village. The garden and swimming pool are superb and we spent much of our time in the shade of outdoor kitchen terrasse.
We had a wonderful relaxing time in Sonja and Iztok’s holiday house, and we recommend it to any family wishing to discover Istria countryside and beaches with modern comfort and ample space for all.
We stayed with three small children for 1 week at Villa Antonela and were totally satisfied. The house is very well equipped, especially the kitchen has everything one wishes for. The beds were very comfortable. Our kids loved the little pool attached to the larger pool and also the toys that were provided. The garden is beautiful with lots of flowers and nice sitting areas.
The village of Radetići is very tiny, there are no restaurants or shops, but a 10min drive takes you villages with more options.
The owners were amazing, so kind and helpful and always available if we had a question.

Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa Paola sehr genossen. Die Lage am Rande des Dorfes ist schön ruhig und man hat eine wunderbare Aussicht über viele Kilometer. Die Villa ist vollständig ausgestattet und die Kinder haben den Whirlpool ausgiebig genutzt. Man ist in 30 Minuten am Meer und erreicht die größeren Städte Istriens unter einer Stunde. Der Gastgeber Ivo war sehr freundlich und super hilfsbereit. Er hat uns mit vielen Infos und Tipps versorgt und war bei jeder Frage schnell erreichbar. Generell eine wunderschöne Location abseits der bekannten Touristen Hotspots.
Danke nochmal an die sehr nette Eigentümerin. Wir haben sehr schöne Zeit in dieser Wohnung verbracht.
Nach Absprache durften wir schon ziemlich früher einreisen.
Sehr große, saubere, geräumige Wohnung. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Alles da. Sogar Gewürze, Öl, Backpapier, Alufolie, zwei Flaschen Wasser waren im Kühlschrank.
Gute Töpfe, Pfannen. Reichlich Geschirr. Das einzige was mir persönlich gefehlt hat, ist nur ein Schneebesen.
Gute Wasserqualität, ohne Chlor Geschmack.
Spielzeuge vorhanden. Zwei Balkone.
Großer Garten mit Grill und Spielplatz. Feigenbaum und Weintrauben im Garten.
Die Natur ist sehr schön, in der Umgebung. Gebirge. Schöne Strände in der Nähe. In Sveta Marina toller Campingplatz, wir waren dort einmal im Pool schwimmen. Kurz vor Campingplatz, wenn man runterfährt, gibt es eine schöne Badebucht. Ist nicht überfüllt. Badebucht in Rabac war überfüllt, schlechte Parkmöglichkeit. In Ravni gibt es sehr schöne Badebucht. Ca. 10 km entfernt, es lohnt sich aber hinzufahren.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Labin. Man kann dort auch schön in der Altstadt spazieren und Essen gehen.
Was mir nicht gefallen hat, sind die zum Teil sehr enge Straßen. Und das das Haus an einer sehr befahrener Straße stand. Keine Gehwege vorhanden. Man konnte keinen Spaziergang vor dem Haus machen. Ohne Auto ist man in der Gegend aufgeschmissen.
Ich würde die Wohnung aber trotzdem sehr empfehlen. Und selber nochmal kommen.
We truly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The location was excellent – close to the sea, restaurants, and shops. Our host was welcoming and helpful, which made everything even easier. We would 100% recommend this place, and if we ever return to Rab, we’ll definitely try to stay here again.
Completa di tutto Villa Lana può ospitare tranquillamente una famiglia di 4 persone, la piscina ed il camino sono un surplus molto valido. I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili. La posizione della casa è ottima e comoda a tutto.
