Eine super schöne Unterkunft mit perfekter Lage. Würden wir immer wieder sehr gerne buchen. Sehr durchdacht mit Stiel bis ins kleinste Detail, liebevoll eingerichtet und eine traumhafte Dusche. Alles wie neu, super gepflegt und direkt in der Stadt und trotzdem total ruhig gelegen. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber, daß wir uns so wohl fühlen konnten.
The location was excellent, very close to the old part of the town. The apartment was very clean and the host was very polite and friendly, helped us with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place if you are going to Rovinj. July 2020
Das Appartement hält was es verspricht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, der Parkplatz befindet sich quasi direkt vor der Haustür (kostet allerdings 10€ pro Tag). Das Studio ansich ist eine sehr schöne 1 Zimmer Wohnung, vorallem die Küche und das Bad sind hervorzuheben. Das einzige Manko ist das die Wohnung durch die Lage im Erdgeschoss ein wenig dunkel ist und nicht allzu viel Tageslicht abbekommt, hätte sie noch einen Balkon wäre sie perfekt. Da wir allerdings die Meiste Zeit außerhalb der Wohnung verbracht haben waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, Sie befindet sich 50 Meter vom Wasser entfernt noch genau an einer Seitenstraße die man mit dem Auto noch befahren darf, (trotzdem kaum Verkehr vor der Wohnung) genau zwischen der wunderschönen Altstadt und den Stränden. Fahrräder Mieten lohnt sich auf jedenfall um alle Strände zu erkunden. Gerne wieder! Vrbo, August 2021
Apartment is well equipped and cozy, with a great and amiable host Josip who waited for us and provided us with a private parking. The only thing that is a downside is the fact that the apartment is on the ground floor of a very narrow street, with no pavement between, so the cars are passing literally next to it. We loved this accommodation , it was awesome. The owner was super friendly and assisted us with parking for the week too. As a young family it could have benefited from a washing machine but otherwise, was fantastic. It’s located in such a beautiful area. July, 2021
The friendliness of the owners without ever being intrusive. The rooms are perfectly clean, breakfast is generous and various. The location of the apartments is great, just a few minutes walk from the center of Rovinj. Free car parking just few steps away from the B&B. To be recommended!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Sehr grosszügiges Appartement mit riesiger Terrasse und herziger Küche. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Schönes Frühstück, das auch im herzigen Garten genossen werden kann bei schönem Wetter. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuss im Zentrum. Unser Auto auf Privatparkplatz vor der Unterkunft überdacht.
Great stay at Villa Ladavac. Easy check in and communication. Great space and spotless clean. Less than 10-minute walk to beach and lots of restaurants. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved the apartment. We ate the breakfast provided at extra cost one morning and it was good, but we ate in the apartment the other days. This is almost more like a hotel room with a kitchen. There is no living area with a couch, etc, but there is a nice table on a balcony outside. The place has a nice tropical feel. We also enjoyed renting bicycles from the owners one day.
