This modern villa with infinity pool is located on a hillside in the small coastal town of Lovran, part of the Opatija Riviera. It offers views of the Adriatic Sea from its terraces and features a lovely private garden with an infinity pool.

The villa is conveniently located close to local amenities and the beach, which are both within walking distance. The outdoor area includes a dining space, sun loungers for eight people, and lounge furniture.
Inside, the villa features a large, light-filled open living area that opens to the garden. There are four double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, TV and air-conditioning. The property also provides four private parking spaces.
This villa is ideal base for friends or families to come together and spend an unforgettable summer holiday near the beach.

Please note this property does not accept stag/hen parties. Youth groups are not allowed . A youth group is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. If you are a youth group please note that the reservation might be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you might not be refunded.

We had a wonderful time on vacation and in our accommodation. The upscale amenities made it all the more enjoyable. The rooms have a separate toilet, and all are fully air-conditioned. The outdoor area is also very well-maintained, which our Frenchie was very pleased with, as were we. Our hosts, who were very kind and accommodating, really looked after us, and we could contact them at any time for information and recommendations. Extremely nice people. 07/25 (Ahmet und Anna )

'Great, just great! Lovran is a very beautiful small town with very good restaurants and a beautiful coast and beaches. The house is super with a great view, pool and terrace. All bedrooms are very nice and so the rest of the house. Mario is a very nice host and did everything to solve some technical issues we had in the house. We stayed one week and loved it! Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war einfach traumhaft! Die Lage war perfekt, das Haus wunderschön eingerichtet und die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders genossen haben wir den großzügigen Pool und die atemberaubende Aussicht. Der Service war ausgezeichnet und wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! (Hans-Georg A. - HTG)
