Newly built, beautiful, modern and comfortable villa with private pool, suitable for 10 people, near Umag. It is equipped with high-quality designer furniture. On the ground floor, there is a living room overlooking a large pool with deck chairs, beautifully landscaped gardens and green surroundings, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area (electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher), and two en suite bedrooms with private bathrooms. On the second floor are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, and one with a private bathroom and pool view. Air conditioners are located in the living room and in the hallway on the second floor. The bedrooms do not have air conditioning in the room. The rental price includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, parking, bed linen, and towels. If you are planning a relaxing holiday with your family or friends, a quiet holiday in luxury but in a secluded location, this is the right place for you. Pets are not allowed. The house is 5 km away from the center of Umag and the nearest beaches. Restaurants and shops are nearby. Youth groups are not allowed.

We were received very friendly by the landlady. The house is very nice and well furnished, nothing is missing. The pool is gorgeous. The city of Umag is also the same by car, where there are numerous shops. The beautiful city with the nice restaurants and souvenir stands invites you to linger. It was a very successful holiday! Sehr schönes und neues Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen ist super ausgestattet und liegt nahe der nächsten klein Stadt, wir waren zwei Familien, einmal mit drei Kinder und eine mit zwei Kinder. Ein schöner Pool und ein guter Umschwung, viele Badezimmer und top eingerichtet mit zwei Stockwerken und zwei Wohnzimmer und dazu auch zwei TV, das Internet war ok, aber für so viele Angeschlossene Geräte einfach zu schwach. Gute Parkplätze und eine schöne Terrasse im Erdgeschoss und eine weitere schöne grössere Terrasse im Obergeschoss. Airbnb, 2022. (Markus)
