Villa Vanesa is newly built holiday house with private pool, consisting of two floors. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with dining room, living area with access to the terrace, one double room which is equipped with private bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two with double bed, private bathroom with shower and a shared balcony (both of the rooms have access to the same balcony) and one bedroom with two singe beds and a private bathroom with shower. In front of the villa there is a swimming pool of 32m2, covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and a private parking for two cars. Every balcony on the floor has garden furniture so the guests can enjoy a stunning view overlooking the sea in the distance and the beautiful green surroundings, also ping pong table is in garden. The bed linnen and towels are included in price. You will immediately fall in love with this house and it is warm and welcoming styling of the interior as the exterior with Mediterranean climate garden.

Nice Villa in Montizana (close to Porec)

The Villa is really nice, comfortable and fully equipped. The biggest advantage is a huge swimming pool (kids preferred to spend time in the pool rather than go to the beach). It is located in the middle of nowhere. (Katarzyna)

We had a loverly stay, we were meet by the host and given keys and welcomed with some drinks. The outside space is very good, the pool is a super size and well looked after. Loved the spacious walk in showers. Just of note some the poolside sun beds need attention as uncomfortable due to material sagging, the swing seat cushion needs replacing as is ripped. None of this effected our stay however. August, 2022. (K)
