Special stone, modernly decorated villa in Visnjan, 10 km from the sea

This beautiful Villa Pepe and Lynn on the Istrian west coast, deserves to be called special. The villa is an old stone house, which is transformed into a magical holiday villa. Its stone walls combined with modern interior design spread feelings of joy and warm welcome. The house can accommodate a maximum of six guests. It has two bedrooms with a double bed and one with two separate beds. One bathroom has a shower and one a bath tube. The kitchen and living area are spacious and well-equipped. What is also special is that the house is pet friendly and will accept a maximum of 2 pets charging no extra fee. Do not worry, the garden is completely fenced, so your pet may be safe, and privacy guaranteed. There is a gas BBQ with a seating area also. The villa is situated in the small city of Visnjan, 10 km from the beach and a bit more from bigger cities like Porec, Rovinj, and Novigrad. The Villa with a private pool and fenced garden is located in the small village Visnjan. The location is just perfect for a peaceful and relaxing holiday in Istria. The highway is 1 km away, the first beach is 10 km from the villa and in the range of 15 to 20 km, you can reach famous tourist cities like Porec, Rovinj, and Novigrad. If you are an active holiday type, there is plenty to do. Bike trail Parenzana, Aquacolors aquapark, dinopark Funtana, Baredine cave are just few tips. Also, few grocery stores and restaurants are just on the corner. What else do you need?

Checking and checkout went smoothly, even if the landlord only speaks a little German or English. The house is tastefully and lovingly furnished. You really feel good. The pool is ok. However, some green is missing. The thoroughfare hardly disturbs. The place offers everything for daily needs and destinations can be reached easily and quickly.
