Stone holiday home with private pool and fenced garden near the water park

This beautiful stone house is a semi-detached building near Poreč, consisting of Villa Zita and Villa Parentium. Each villa is decorated in traditional Istrian style and has a private pool and yard. Villa Parentium has 4 bedrooms with double beds, 4 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and dining room and a toilet. There is also a baby cot, high chair, DVD player, satellite TV, and free wireless internet. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have towels and bed linen. In front of the villa, there is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool with deckchairs, umbrellas and a covered terrace with garden furniture, outdoor shower and a barbecue. The villa also has parking in front of the house (3 parking spaces). Pets are allowed (max 1). This beautiful stone house is located in the small town of Dračevac, 7.5 km from Poreč and 6.5 km from the first beach in Zelena Laguna. The small town of Dračevac is full of greenery and is an ideal place for rest and escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are typical Istrian houses in it. Dračevac is surrounded by beautiful vineyards and olive groves, as well as numerous forest roads. The zone is recommended for families with children because there is a lot of greenery, domestic animals and places to rest. The pool is closed from 01.11. until 01.04.

For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

You can also complete your vacation with a trip to the hinterland of Porec, where it is interesting to visit the protected nature monument of the Baredina cave.

Very nice house in traditional style with summer kitchen, built-in barbecue and swimming pool. Especially kind hostess who had a welcome and farewell gift for guests. Modern kitchen with all amenities, washing machine, modern bathrooms, windows with mosquito nets. Baby cot and high chair available. Bakery service in the morning around 9:00 on the street in front of the house. Easy check-in/check-out. (Claudia)

Beautiful house, everything was in its place, clean rooms and very comfortable beds. The host was perfect. Unfortunately the pool was not available, probably because it was off season. I was a little sad, no one informed us about this detail before our arrival. The weather was fine for swimming. The house is about 15 minutes by car from the beaches. We can recommend staying there :-) (Radka)

Ms. Haid, 06/03/2017 until 06/17/2017 The reception by the landlady was warm and uncomplicated. The house looks the same as in the pictures. The place where the house is, is very small. There is no shop, no restaurant, bar or ice cream etc. in the place. However, a baker's car comes by in the morning and you can buy fresh rolls, bread and sweet pastries for little money. Larger supermarkets of any kind are about 6 km away. (source: Belvilla)
