Villa Mol is a modern 4-bedroom villa with a private 54 m² swimming pool, located in the peaceful village of Baderna, just a short drive from Poreč and its beaches. Set on a fully fenced 850 m² plot, the villa offers 220 m² of elegantly designed living space with an open-plan living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area. Enjoy the jacuzzi, sauna, outdoor kitchen with BBQ, and spacious sun deck by the pool. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, with TVs and comfortable double beds; two have ensuite bathrooms. WiFi and EV charger are available. A grocery store is 200 m away, and a local restaurant is 500 m from the property. The villa does not accept stag/hen parties. Maximum 2 pets allowed. Youth groups only upon prior request.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY41, STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
