Villa Ivan - New in offer for 2026

We were among the very first guests to stay in this beautiful brand-new villa, and our experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the modern design, high-quality finishes, and attention to every detail. The villa is immaculate, spacious, and equipped with absolutely everything you could need for a perfect holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bedrooms are stylish and comfortable, and each one has its own private en-suite bathroom, providing an exceptional level of comfort and privacy. What impressed us most was the outdoor area with the private swimming pool and spacious terrace. The peace, quiet, and complete privacy made it easy to relax and disconnect from everyday life. At the same time, the sea and beautiful beaches are only a few minutes away by car, offering the perfect balance between tranquility and convenience. The owners were extremely friendly and welcoming, and throughout our stay there was absolutely nothing to complain about. It is rare to find a property that looks even better in reality than it does in the photos, but this villa truly does. What stood out even more was the exceptional value for money. Several times during our stay, we commented that the villa offers a level of luxury, comfort, and quality that we would normally expect from accommodations at a much higher price point. We genuinely felt that we received far more than we paid for, which is becoming increasingly rare to find. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for peace, privacy, modern comfort, and a high-quality holiday experience.
