The house is designed to accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children and is rented as one unit, although it consists of two separate apartments. The smaller apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom. The larger apartment has three comfortable bedrooms located on the first floor, while the ground floor has a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The living areas have direct access to a beautifully landscaped garden that offers guests complete privacy and relaxation. In the garden there is a private swimming pool surrounded by a sunbathing area, ideal for refreshing during warm summer days. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi internet and private parking.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY / STRICT). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation.
