The living room also has an exit to a wonderful covered terrace with an outdoor dining table perfect for meals with your family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances such as an electric stove, an oven, a freezer and a dishwasher. Dining room and living room are on the ground floor as well as one double bedroom with its own bathroom. Three other double bedrooms are located on the first floor together with two bathrooms. Air conditioning is available on each floor, Wi-Fi and satellite-TV are also provided and free. In the garden you can enjoy on sun loungers by the 40 sqm swimming pool. When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Nova Vas is part of the town of Porec, 4 km away from the city center and 5 km from the sea. It is located north of the city center, and there are a lot of private houses nad villas. The first beaches Luna and Materada are a 5 km away from the villa. The area is ideal for families who want a quiet holiday, away from the city crowd, close to the sea. Porec is a tourist destination, known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content and beautiful beaches.

The online check-in didn't work for us, so we contacted the owners of the villa on arrival. Less than 10 minutes later, the key was brought to us and the villa shown to us. We felt very comfortable. The villa fully corresponds to the pictures and the description. The environment is great, you can walk to small supermarkets and by car you are very quick in the city or at the sea. The house corresponds absolutely to the pictures. Modern decor and beautiful grounds. The location about 10 minutes away by car from Porec was absolutely great for us. The hosts are very friendly and helpful in every situation. Always available. We would book the accommodation again. (Dirk)
