This beautiful and modern villa for 17 guests is located in the village of Musalež, near Poreč. Villa Gialla consists of three separate units, spread across three floors, with one apartment on each floor.
Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The ground floor apartment is the smallest in size but offers direct access to the pool and a lovely summer terrace with a fireplace. The first and second-floor apartments boast large terraces with seating areas, providing a stunning view of the green surroundings.

The villa is exclusively intended for families with children. Groups of young people and parties are strictly prohibited. The pool is not heated and is available for use from April 1st to October 15th.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

For those who like a quiet holiday and want to be away from noise, we recommend a place called Musalež, where there is a holiday home with pool - Villa Andrea. The villa is 5 km away from the city center and from the first beach and 3 km from the first supermarket. Villa Andrea is located on the outskirts of the village and is surrounded by a large and beautiful garden. The villa has 3 apartments located on the ground floor and on the first floor. The area is ideal for families and those who want to enjoy the silence of Istrian gardens, the warm sun and the blue sea. For active holidays you can choose between hiking, biking, tennis, beach volleyball, table tennis, mini golf or rent a boat. You can choose between pebble and rocky beaches.

We stayed in Villa Gialla for 14 days (2 adults, 2 children) and can only recommend it. Very clean, large. The ground floor and first floor apartments are luxury apartments. Very large. The basement apartment is very small. For 4 people (too small). The kitchens were well equipped with electrical appliances. Pots, pans, kitchen accessories (sieves, cereal bowls...) were missing. The pool was super clean, large. The outdoor kitchen was also great. The nearest beach was only 5 minutes by car. Also perfect. All in all, it was a great, wonderful, relaxing holiday.
