Several parasols provide pleasant shade during the worst midday heat. If it does get too hot, you can refresh yourself comfortably in the outdoor shower. Three steps lead to the terrace, where people meet for a meal together. Grill masters can prepare hearty dishes on the mobile grill. The spacious interior of the house offers comfort and cosiness on 243 m2 and two living levels. The living room is modernly equipped so that you can watch TV or read in an elegant atmosphere. Satellite TV with German channels is available. Next door is the dining area, where 8 guests can gather around the dining table. The spacious and bright kitchen offers a gas hob, electric oven and dishwasher. Two modern double bedrooms with wardrobes and access to the terrace and a shower room are on the ground floor. In the upper part of the house there is a living room and a kitchen, as well as a second terrace, which is also furnished with the obligatory umbrellas, so that you can eat outside even at noon. The two remaining bedrooms are on the first floor. Every bedroom have own bathroom. Washing mashine stay at your disposal. Every room have aircondition. Parties or similar events are not permitted. Pets are not allowed.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
