The comfortable holiday house Bella Vista spreads on over 112sqm and offers you everything you need for a relaxing vacation with family and friends. The house can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests and consists of a kitchen, living room with satellite TV, bathroom with shower, and storage room with washing machine on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with 4 rings electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, water cooker and fridge freezer. The first floor consists of a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a gallery with a single bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. Air-conditioning isn't available in the living room. The house has a terrace with large garden, garden furniture and a beautiful sea view. There is also a grill where you can make delicious meals. The house is overlooking beautiful green nature, offering the guests a relaxing and peaceful vacation away from the city noise but close to the beach and the city center of Poreč.

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

If you plan a quiet holiday, this small place is just right. This area is only 4 km from the center and only 1800m from the beaches. You can find pebble beaches, stone beaches and many small coves. If you want to move actively, you will be offered bicycle tours, walks, beach volley, minigolf, tennis and boat rental. The area is ideal for families planning a nice and quiet holiday.

Wunderschöne Villa mit allem, was man an Ausstattung benötigt. Pool mega, wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, findet sie dort garantiert. Sind mit unseren drei Kindern gereist und auch Ihnen hat es sehr gefallen. Insektenschutz an den Fenstern wäre wünschenswert, da uns die kleinen Biester um den Schlaf gebracht haben. (Steffi)

We (2 adults and three children (17, 15, 12) felt incredibly comfortable. Wonderful view over the sea, peace and quiet, not far from Porec and the beach. The young people only complained about the poor internet connection. We will come again! Ute 08/2024 (Ute)

After two years of Corona we were finally able to go on vacation again. We were welcomed by our host Mr. Lombardi at Villa Bella Vista warmly welcomed. Since this is the second time we have stayed in this house On vacation, we immediately felt at home. Villa very quiet. Everything is there that you need for a holiday. The complex and the private pool are very well maintained. Note: Since women, however, always have a little more space for cosmetics etc., an additional shelf might help. We'd love to come back.
