Payment and Cancellation

When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 40 days before arrival. For cancellations 41 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. Cancelling 40 to 31 days before arrival: the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total amount. Cancelling 30 days or less before arrival: the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total amount.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen, wie auf den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Wir würden sofort wieder gehen. Een prachtige vakantiewoning met erg veel privacy en een groot zwembad voor de villa alleen. Het is er nieuw, schoon en er ontbreekt niks in huis (keukengerei, vaatwasser, etc). Erg veel ruimte buiten (het is in werkelijkheid ruimtelijker dan op foto's). Super verblijf gehad! (Antonia)
