Payment and Cancellation

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

This house truly leaves nothing to be desired. The location is pleasantly quiet, far from the hustle and bustle, yet everything you need is within easy reach. The amenities leave nothing to be desired – the beds are extremely comfortable, the garden beautifully maintained, and the pool and barbecue are simply fantastic. We would especially like to emphasize the exceptional hospitality and care shown by Vanja and her partner. We received a warm welcome and were attentively looked after throughout our entire stay. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Alves. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Wir wurden auch mit frischem Obst versorgt. Auch Holz für die Feuertonne wurde uns regelmäßig bereitgestellt. Bei Fragen hatte unsere Gastgeberin Vanja und ihr Mann immer ein offenes Ohr. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber und perfekt für einen schönen Urlaubsaufenthalt. Wir können die Villa Alves auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Genialer Aufenthalt

Alles war hervorragend. Wir wurden mit einem Apero und Früchten herzlich vom Besitzerehepaar empfangen. Das Haus ist in einem Topzustand, alles modern, sauber und nichts fehlt. Grosse Zimmer, gute Matratzen, geräumige Badezimmer und Wohnzimmer wie auch die Küche. Der Aussenbereich ist mit Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirmen, einem Esstisch und einer Lounge grosszügig bestückt. Der Pool ist herrlich und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Von Perci aus sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch das Meer innert kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Perci ist sehr ruhig und absolut erholsam. Das Gastgeberehepaar hat uns immer wieder gute Typs für Ausflüge mitgeteilt und es war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Wir waren schon oft in Istrien, dieser Aufenthalt war jedoch auf Grund der Freundlichkeit des Gastgeberehepaares, der Ruhe und der wunderbaren Villa einmalig. Wir werden wieder kommen. Herzlichen Dank für diese 3 genialen Wochen. (Max)
