There were eight of us staying at the accommodation, and we were initially worried that a place designed for a maximum of eight people might feel a bit crowded. Quite the opposite was true: three floors, several seating areas throughout the house, and if you wanted even more peace and quiet, the taverna across the street was a peaceful alternative. We really enjoyed the proximity to Poreč and the beach, and the neighbors were very friendly and sold us their freshly pressed olive oil at a great price. The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating! We would love to come back! We had a wonderful stay with two families (total 4 adults and 2 kids). The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. When we arrived we were greeted right away and shown around the property. The owner grew up in the house and had beautifully renovated it with such detail and craftsmanship. He shared his homemade wine and olive oil with us. The space was perfect for a family or two - we travelled with a 1-year and a 7-year-old. They were both very comfortable, here are some key features that made our stay with kids very easy: blackout blinds in the bedrooms, laundry machine, crib & a high chair (on request). Temperature could be controlled in each bedroom which is a great bonus. The area is peaceful and quiet but the windows are also soundproof when closed. Best of all, our baby camera reached from the bedroom to the tavern, which made the evenings with a glass of wine so enjoyable. We highly recommend and our families look forward to visiting again. Staying at Vani holiday home was great. Tatjana and Damir are very friendly and courteous hosts. The house was very clean and perfectly equipped. We really enjoyed the tavern opposite in the evening. We'd love to come back. (Sigrid )

We (2 families) had a very nice holiday. The house is clean, very well equipped (air conditioning in every bedroom) and has a small tavern for cozy evenings outside. The landlord provided us with great home-made wine.
It is 10 minutes by car to the beach.

The house is in great condition. Very modern, very clean and comfortable. All rooms have air conditioning.

A very well-kept house with all the trimmings, interesting and very practical layout. The house is very well equipped and offers plenty of space for a large family. The house also has its own large parking lot. The owners are very nice and helpful.

A very nice holiday home! The owner has arranged everything down to the last detail and everything has been thought about during the construction of this house. The location is fine, a good road leads to the house and from the village you can quickly get on the main roads to visit nice places. The owner is very helpful and you can contact any questions or problems. The sitting area opposite the house is very cozy and here it is fine to stay after a long day, this part is equipped with a bbq and even a kitchen! During the warm summer months you will sleep well, the whole house has air conditioning. We had to report to Euro Tours, but we did not receive a key here, we got it from the owner at the address of our stay. We also did not have to return the key to Euro Tours. The full contact and transfer ran through the owner. Given that Euro Tours only called the owner that we were there, we found it unnecessary to first drive to the center of Poreč and then drive to the house without keys. This is of course not a disaster, perhaps for the following tenants already useful information. We greatly enjoyed the stay! As a gift from the owner there were even bottles of wine and olive oil, all from our own farm. (source: Belvilla EN)

Very good facilities. Air conditioning top. The small tavern mega.
Highly recommended for those who like it quiet. Gladly again. The only pity is that there was no pool. But we set up a small one. There is also a pizzeria nearby where you can eat really well. It was really a great holiday. You would have to drive 10 minutes into town, but it was very quiet at night.
