House Lena is a beautiful family house located in the village of Rakovci, near Poreč. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, ideal for a comfortable sleep and rest. The bathroom is modern with a refreshing shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and kitchen utensils. The living room is elegantly decorated, providing comfort and space for relaxation. The yard is completely fenced, providing privacy and security. Pets are welcome, so the whole family can enjoy their vacation. The house is fully air-conditioned, providing a pleasant temperature during the entire stay. Guests have access to a private parking lot, eliminating the worry of parking a vehicle. Wi-Fi access allows guests to stay connected to the outside world during their stay.

Payment and Cancellation

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Holiday house Lena is located in Rakovci. Rakovci is an authentic Istrian place, rich in Istrian architecture and a beautiful green environment. (olive groves and vineyards). In about 15 minutes by car, you can reach the beautiful nearby beaches and towns on the west coast of Istria. (Poreč, Rovinj, Vrsar). Nearby is the Limski Kanal picnic area where you can find famous local restaurants, jogging trails, cycling trails, and beautiful viewpoints.

Ein schönes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage

Alle Fenster haben Fliegengitter, sodass man ohne große Bedenken auch mal Nachts das Fenster geöffnet lassen kann. Die Schlafzimmer haben eine Klimaanlage, die nicht direkt auf das Bett gerichtet ist, finde ich sehr gut. Die Küche hatte eine sehr gute Ausstattung um sich im Haus selbst zu versorgen. Die Lage ist so ruhig, dass man keine Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung hat, das kann man aber auch gut auf Google maps und der Lage entnehmen. Der Hof auf dem das Auto geparkt werden kann ist abschließbar. Sehr tief gelegte Autos kommen aber vermutlich nicht auf den Hof und können neben dem Haus geparkt werden. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Welt ist zu groß um zwei mal an den gleichen Ort zu fahren, ansonsten würden wir wiederkommen. (Rudolf)
