An autochthonous Istrian house meticulously remodeled and interiorly coordinated, starting with a small but sufficiently equipped kitchen, a dining table and a living room with a sofa bed. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with underfloor heating. The house is air-conditioned. From the living room it is possible to go out to a spacious covered terrace, where you can use a summer kitchen with a barbecue fireplace and a 32 m2 swimming pool with deckchairs.
A green atmosphere has been created in front of the house with carefully selected Mediterranean plants. An ideal place for an evening glass of wine and relaxation with the sounds of nature. Holiday house Lana is located in Šušnjići, 9 km from the tourist town of Poreč and only 20 km from Rovinj. The nearest place with a shop, bakery, pharmacy and post office is the historically famous town of Sveti Lovreč.

Holiday house Lana is located in Šušnjići, 9 km from the tourist town of Poreč and only 20 km from Rovinj. The nearest place with a shop, bakery, pharmacy and post office is the historically famous town of Sveti Lovreč.
The surrounding area is rich in olive trees and vineyards. There are bicycle paths nearby that connect the hinterland with the coast of Istria. Vacation house Korača is an ideal destination for families with children. The nearest beaches (Poreč, Vrsar) are only 15 minutes away by car. Nearby is the famous Lim Bay, known for its beautiful protected landscape.

Villa Lana is a very cozy little holiday home. Everything was very clean and well maintained. In the house you will find everything you need. The outdoor area and the pool were very nicely laid out and we spent a lot of comfortable hours here. Ideal with dogs, as the property is completely fenced. The landlords were very nice and discreet. Small requests were dealt with immediately. All in all a very nice property which is quiet. We will be back definitely. Thanks to Marina and Igor for the great hospitality. At the end we received a little surprise which made us very happy. (Mario)
