When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Unser Gastgeber war mega freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wirklich willkommen gefühlt. Unsere Kids und wir haben den Pool und die Ruhe sehr genossen. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet worden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alles war sehr sauber, so dass wir uns wir zuhause gefühlt haben. Zum Stand war es mit dem Auto nicht weit. Dort waren kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren auch nur wenige Minuten entfernt. (Markus)

Beautiful Family Villa with Pool and Outstanding Hospitality Near the Sea

We stayed in this beautiful villa with a swimming pool for one week as a family of four, and we would have happily stayed even longer. We were impressed from the very first moment and enjoyed every minute of our stay until the end. The air conditioning in every room and the pool made the high summer temperatures easy to forget. We had everything we needed. Communication with Rosana and her agency was smooth, efficient, and very fast. We were also given the opportunity to contact the owner directly, which was extremely helpful. A big thank you to everyone! From the very beginning, we felt warmly welcomed and received all the assistance we needed whenever required. Several restaurants are within walking distance, while the sea can be reached within just a few minutes by car. We 100% recommend this accommodation and would be delighted to return.
