Relax holiday home will meet your expectations for a relaxing holiday

Casa Relax is suitable for 4-5 people. It is located in the village of Rakovci, only 10 minutes away from the center of Porec by car. Traditional building elements combined with a superbly equipped house offer you a warm atmosphere. The ground floor has a beautiful living room and fully equipped kitchen, while the first floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. One room has a double bed and the other room has a bunk bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed for an extra person. All rooms are air conditioned. Relax in front of the house on the covered terrace where you will find a seating area and a barbecue. A few minutes drive you reach the city of Porec, where there are beautiful beaches, as well as many other opportunities for entertainment. The area is richly marked bike paths that will take you to interesting and beautiful Istrian villages, olive groves, vineyards and sea bays. Pets are welcome.

Payment and Cancellation

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The house was very clean and has everything you need for everyday vacation. Communication with management was excellent. The house is in a very quiet location, which is why you should be mobile yourself, as there are no shops in the immediate vicinity. For us, two couples, the bunk beds in the second room were fine, it might be difficult for physically taller people. source: airbnb, August, 2021. (Max)
