When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

A wonderful holiday in a villa

We had a very enjoyable stay at Casa Maria. It is a beautiful villa in a great location, close to beautiful cities Novigrad and Porec (both 15 mins by car), as well as Rovinj and Pula (55 mins) and little gems in the middle of the peninsula such as Groznjan. Various beaches can be found nearby and are not very crowded (a car is a requirement though). The villa itself is spacious and well laid out; the pool area is fantastic. Jasna and Matija, the owners were great hosts, very friendly and responsive. Would happily recommend to other families! (Martijn)
