This holiday house Milica is situated in a small village Dobreč only 10 minutes from a beautiful beach. There are two bedrooms with double bed, one bathroom with shower, a living room with seating area and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary cooking facilities, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, fridge and dining table. There is no airconditioning. The house has an exit to a nice furnished terrace and a spacious garden where you can enjoy a spectacular panoramic sea view. The house is decoarted in an indigenous style, a combination of natural materials stone and wood. The house and the position exude tranquility, surrounded by greenery and a beautiful view of the Kvarner Bay. The holiday home offers a children's playground aswell. Pets are welcome with an extra charge paid on spot.

Dobreć looks a like pure oasis with its hundred years old sweet chestnut trees and quietness. In Dobreć you enjoy painting, taking photos, walking, hiking, driving a bicycle, playing table tennis or badminton or just lazing around. There is a beautiful view to the Kvarner bay, Rijeka, Opatija, Ičići and islands Cres and Krk. Dobreć is situated in the national park Učka so you can walk towards Poklon part of Učka (app. 2 hours), or Vojak (app. 4 hours) the peak of Učka. If you decide to go for a swim in the beautiful Adriatic sea instead of enjoying the peace of the old trees – you need just 10 minutes. If you come in autumn you can help us with collecting sweet chestnut.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
