Holiday Home Iva - Dobrec

The house Iva is beautifully situated about 350 meters above Lovran with a great view of the bay of Rijeka in the north and over the Macchia-covered hills to the Ucka National Park in the west. Outside, the designed for max. four people (two bedrooms, each with a double bed in the very pleasantly cool basement) has a terrace with sun protection and a brick barbecue station, a sunbathing area with a small sunshade and four sun loungers and a large washbasin/sink. On the balcony to the meadow below the house there are two chairs and a small table. Here you can enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee. There are two other holiday homes (Haus Mikleus and Haus Milica) in the complex; but you can be very well alone in Haus Iva. Inside, Haus Iva has a small bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, coffee maker and a microwave. In the living room there is a TV, a two-seater couch and a couch chair. WiFi access is available free of charge. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and in the living room, but we didn't use it due to the pleasant coolness (even with outside temperatures above 35°C) of the old walls. The basement with the two bedrooms has a separate entrance. Parking is available in the courtyard in front of the facility. If you want to switch off from the hustle and bustle and don't plan to drive around a lot, this is the place for you. The driveway from Lovran is quite steep in places and you should expect oncoming traffic at bottlenecks. But you will be rewarded with seclusion and tranquillity. Our dog was very happy about the opportunities to run around freely around the house and quickly made friends with the neighbors' dogs.
