The ground floor of the house is decorated in an open style and includes a kitchen with induction hobs, a dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer and a pantry, and next to it there is a dining table for four people. On the first floor there is a comfortable living room and a bathroom. The second and third floors of the house (attic) bring two bedrooms and an additional bathroom, which provides enough space and privacy for guests.

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
